How to return an item

If something isn’t quite right, you can return your items within 28 days of receiving your order.

Accepted Returns

  • Returned goods must be in the same condition in which they were received, including all original packaging, which must be intact and suitable for resale.
  • All original tags must be attached
  • Return must be made within 28 days of receipt

Packaging Your Return

Items should be securely packaged for return. Please do not apply tape, labels, or glue directly to the product or its original packaging (such as boot boxes or rug bags), as this can cause damage and may affect your refund. Items MUST be in new condition, clean and dry.

We do not offer a free returns service. The cost of returning a parcel to our UK warehouse must be covered by you.

How to Return your Items

  • Fill out the returns form included in your delivery
  • Find a carrier of your choice to return the parcel. The cost of return shipping is paid by you.
  • Use the original carrier where possible - If you can, return the item using the same courier (e.g. DHL, FedEx, UPS) that delivered it, as they can match it to the original import paperwork.
  • Complete customs forms correctly - On the CN22/CN23 or commercial invoice, clearly state: “UK GOODS RETURNING: DEFECTIVE / UNWANTED”
  • Declare the correct value - Use the original purchase value, and clearly indicate that the item is a return of merchandise
  • Include original tracking details - If possible, add the original import tracking or waybill number to help confirm the item was previously imported.
  • Keep proof of postage - Always retain your receipt and tracking number as proof of return in case of delay or loss.

The Roeckl Melbourne Adult Riding Gloves are lightweight and feature Roeckl's exclusive technology, Roeck-Air. The particularly thin fabric used on the palm is hard-wearing, provides superb sensitivity on the reins, and is highly breathable thanks to micro-perforation. The fabric is also completely touchscreen compatible.

This high tech material is combined with a smooth and elastic Vita Lycra made with ECONYL® yarn and elastane on the back of the hand. Made entirely from regenerated nylon waste (e.g. old fishing nets), ECONYL® yarn is infinitely recyclable without sacrificing quality. Added to this is the extra-long, and silky soft cuff that enables riders to wear their watch over the glove, something enjoyed especially by eventing riders as it allows them to always keep an eye on the time.

Perfectly finished with intricate metallic elements on the back of the hand and smart Roeckl branding, the Melbourne Gloves are a great choice for both competitive and everyday riding wear.

Sizing Information

How to Determine Your Glove Size:

  1. Open your hand and place a tape measure around your base knuckles (do not include the thumb). Now make a loose fist and measure the circumference.
  2. Take the measurements in inches.
  3. This then converts to your glove size, for example, if your fist measures 7 inches, it is likely that the glove size 7 will be the best fit.

For Children\'s sizing, Roeckl suggest the following as a guide:

Age 3-4 years - Roeckl size 3 

Age 5-6 years - Roeckl size 4 

Age 7-8 years - Roeckl size 5 

Age 9-10 years - Roeckl size 6
