We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order prior to dispatch for reasons including, but not limited to:

- Suspected fraudulent activity
- Restrictions on international shipping
4. Products and Descriptions

5. Pricing, Currency, Taxes & Duties
All prices displayed on the Website are shown in USD unless otherwise stated.
Prices include applicable import duties, customs charges, and VAT where stated at checkout. Prices do not include any local taxes that may apply in your country unless expressly indicated.
Any additional local taxes or charges imposed by your jurisdiction remain the responsibility of the customer.
We are not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance procedures.
6. Promotions & Discount Codes
Promotional codes and discounts:
- Cannot be applied retrospectively
- Cannot be exchanged for cash
- May be withdrawn or amended at any time

We reserve the right to cancel orders where discount codes have been misused or applied incorrectly.
7. Shipping & Delivery
Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed.
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive tracking information where available.
We are not liable for delays caused by:
- Courier services
- Customs authorities
- Events outside our reasonable control
Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery to your specified address.
If a parcel is marked as delivered by the courier, it will be deemed successfully delivered.
8. Lost, Delayed or Missing Parcels
Any issues with missing or delayed parcels must be reported within 7 days of the delivery scan.
Claims made after this period may not be accepted.
9. Returns, Exchanges & Refunds
We offer returns within 30 days of delivery for eligible items.
To qualify for a return:
- Items must be unused, unworn, and in resalable condition
- All original packaging, tags, and labels must be intact
Unless the item is faulty or incorrect:
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer
- Original shipping costs are non-refundable for international orders
Refunds will be processed within 10 business days of receiving and inspecting the returned goods.
We reserve the right to refuse refunds for items not returned in acceptable condition.
10. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are non-returnable unless faulty:
- Personalised or custom-made products
- Special order items sourced specifically for you
- Underwear and hygiene-sensitive items once opened or used
- Bits that have been used in a horse's mouth
- Any item showing signs of use, wear, or damage
11. Riding Hats & Safety Equipment
Riding hats and safety helmets may only be returned if:
- They have not been worn for riding or outdoor use
- They are returned in original packaging with tags intact
- They show no signs of wear, damage, impact, hair, odour, or markings
We reserve the right to refuse returns where safety integrity may have been compromised.
12. Faulty or Incorrect Items
If you receive a faulty or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of receipt.
We may request photographic evidence before approving a return.
Where a fault is confirmed, we will offer a replacement, repair, or refund, including reasonable return costs.
13. International Returns & Exchanges
For international orders, including orders to the United States:
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs
- Customers are responsible for shipping costs on exchanges
- We recommend using a tracked delivery service
We are not responsible for return parcels lost in transit.
14. Customs, Duties & Import Charges
You are responsible for any import duties, taxes, or customs fees charged by your country where such charges have not already been collected at checkout.
If you refuse to pay customs charges and the parcel is returned, any return costs incurred will be deducted from your refund.
15. Title & Risk
Ownership of goods passes to you once full payment has been received.
Risk passes to you upon delivery.
16. Fraud Prevention & Order Verification
We reserve the right to cancel or hold any order for fraud screening or verification purposes.
We may request additional identification before dispatching high-risk orders.
17. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for:
- Indirect or consequential losses
- Loss of income, profits, or business opportunity
- Delays outside our control
Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the value of the goods purchased.
