We ship directly to the US with three fully trackable service options. All orders placed by 10:00 AM Eastern Time (ET) are processed that day, Monday through Friday. Rest assured, there are no further duties, tariffs or taxes to pay during checkout or on delivery.

“In Stock” Means In Stock

No waiting around or guessing games — if an item says “In Stock,” it’s available and ready to ship immediately. Our website is connected in real time to our store and warehouse inventory, so stock levels are always accurate. If an item is listed as anything other than “In Stock,” we’ll clearly show an estimated timeframe.

Tracking

All services are fully trackable and you will receive notifications with updates on the status of your order.

You will receive an order confirmation email as soon as your order is placed. Once shipped, we’ll send a shipping confirmation email with your tracking information.

Delivery Address

During checkout, you can choose to ship to a different address than your billing address. Any alternate delivery addresses are securely saved to your account address book, making future orders faster and easier.

  • Orders are processed Monday through Friday. Orders placed after 10:00 AM Eastern Time (ET) on Friday, or anytime over the weekend, will be processed on the next business day (Monday).
  • Pricing on the site includes duties & tariffs, meaning there are no extra charges during checkout or delivery.
  • Once an order has been placed, we are unable to make changes or amendments.
  • Delivery time estimates begin once your order has been shipped, not from the time the order is placed.
  • Shipping times cannot be guaranteed due to factors outside our control, including weather delays and occasional local carrier disruptions.
  • We are unable to ship to P.O. Boxes or military addresses (APO/FPO/DPO).
Returning Items

When returning items, please ensure your parcel is clearly marked as a “Return” to help avoid any unnecessary customs duties or import charges. If customs fees are applied and the parcel is not properly declared as a return, we are unable to cover these charges and the parcel may be refused and returned to sender at your expense.
