How to return an item

If something isn’t quite right, you can return your items within 28 days of receiving your order.

Accepted Returns

  • Returned goods must be in the same condition in which they were received, including all original packaging, which must be intact and suitable for resale.
  • All original tags must be attached
  • Return must be made within 28 days of receipt

Packaging Your Return

Items should be securely packaged for return. Please do not apply tape, labels, or glue directly to the product or its original packaging (such as boot boxes or rug bags), as this can cause damage and may affect your refund. Items MUST be in new condition, clean and dry.

We do not offer a free returns service. The cost of returning a parcel to our UK warehouse must be covered by you.

How to Return your Items

  • Fill out the returns form included in your delivery
  • Find a carrier of your choice to return the parcel. The cost of return shipping is paid by you.
  • Use the original carrier where possible - If you can, return the item using the same courier (e.g. DHL, FedEx, UPS) that delivered it, as they can match it to the original import paperwork.
  • Complete customs forms correctly - On the CN22/CN23 or commercial invoice, clearly state: “UK GOODS RETURNING: DEFECTIVE / UNWANTED”
  • Declare the correct value - Use the original purchase value, and clearly indicate that the item is a return of merchandise
  • Include original tracking details - If possible, add the original import tracking or waybill number to help confirm the item was previously imported.
  • Keep proof of postage - Always retain your receipt and tracking number as proof of return in case of delay or loss.

The WHIS® Competition Pro Set allows up to two and an instructor to easily and clearly communicate with each other during lessons, or when warming up at equestrian events, without the need for raised voices. It features three devices that allow two-way communication, with all the accessories you need to get started.

Simply connect the devices to the same channel and off you go! For two riders and an instructor, both the Competition devices and the Wireless 2-way device are used. For a single rider and an instructor, the instructor uses one Competition device, and the rider then has the choice of using the second Competition device or the Wireless 2-way one depending on their preference.

This set includes: 2x WHIS® Competition devices, 1x WHIS® Wireless 2-way device, 4x headsets with built-in connectors, 1x twin charging cable, 1x charging plug with international adapters, and a lockable travel case.
