With Pre-Order, you can purchase the latest items added to our store in advance of them arriving with us.
Your Pre-Order is prioritized (at no additional charge); meaning that as soon as the product arrives with us, we can wrap it straight back up; ready for collection via Click & Collect or dispatch to you — it often never even hits the stock room shelves!
With Prelaunch, the date when we expect to receive the product ourselves is still a little too hazy to be confident in accepting Preorders.
So, instead, you can submit your email address for the item you are interested in, and we will email you as soon as stock arrives in the system.
Estimated Delivery & Collection Dates are given on Pre-Order and Pre-Launch products. They are for indicative purposes only and can change at any time without notice.
The dates we provide are based on information given by our suppliers. Whenever we get updated information from our suppliers we will endeavor to update the Estimated Delivery & Collection Dates provided on product pages.
Hassle free returns
If something isn’t quite right, you can return your items within 28 days of receiving your order.
Items should be securely packaged for return. Please do not apply tape, labels, or glue directly to the product or its original packaging (such as boot boxes or rug bags), as this can cause damage and may affect your refund. Items MUST be in new condition, clean and dry.
We do not offer a free returns service. The cost of returning a parcel to our UK warehouse must be covered by you.

The Samshield Winter Liner is a must-have to pair with your Samshield Riding Helmet when the cold rolls in, suitable for Shadow, Premium and Miss Shield models.
It has been created from the base of a Samshield Shadow liner on which is integrated a Windstopper® flap lined with synthetic fur. It protects efficiently against wind and coldness while supplying excellent breathability.
An internal memory foam provides exceptional comfort and support.Please note: This liner fits the Version 1 riding helmets and also the Version 2 riding helmets.
Samshield Riding Helmets are bought in 3 shell sizes (S, M, L). You then purchase the helmet liner in your "cm" helmet size (measured around the widest circumference of the head).
We also recommend purchasing a spare liner. This means that you can use the spare while washing the other or take the 2 liners to a stay away show for a fresh head each time you ride.
The (S), (M) or (L) next to the "cm" size below refers to the appropriate Shell size that they fit to. Liners are available in a range from 51cm to 61cm.
