Our Returns Policy

How to return an item

If something isn’t quite right, you can return your items within 28 days of receiving your order.

Accepted Returns

  • Returned goods must be in the same condition in which they were received, including all original packaging, which must be intact and suitable for resale.
  • All original tags must be attached
  • Return must be made within 28 days of receipt

Packaging Your Return

Items should be securely packaged for return. Please do not apply tape, labels, or glue directly to the product or its original packaging (such as boot boxes or rug bags), as this can cause damage and may affect your refund. Items MUST be in new condition, clean and dry.

We do not offer a free returns service. The cost of returning a parcel to our UK warehouse must be covered by you.

How to Return your Items

  • Fill out the returns form included in your delivery
  • Find a carrier of your choice to return the parcel. The cost of return shipping is paid by you.
  • Use the original carrier where possible - If you can, return the item using the same courier (e.g. DHL, FedEx, UPS) that delivered it, as they can match it to the original import paperwork.
  • Complete customs forms correctly - On the CN22/CN23 or commercial invoice, clearly state: “UK GOODS RETURNING: DEFECTIVE / UNWANTED”
  • Declare the correct value - Use the original purchase value, and clearly indicate that the item is a return of merchandise
  • Include original tracking details - If possible, add the original import tracking or waybill number to help confirm the item was previously imported.
  • Keep proof of postage - Always retain your receipt and tracking number as proof of return in case of delay or loss.

The Pivo Pod Active is an innovative camera mount that allows you to turn your phone into a cameraman! It is an interactive smart pod that rotates to film you wherever you go. It is extremely versatile and can also be used to create content for social media platforms, allow athletes to capture practices, auditions and competitions, and is suitable for business professionals to use for online meetings and collaborations.

The Pod unit is tripod-ready (available to purchase separately HERE) and perfectly portable, simply attach your smartphone (not included) to the mount, link it to the Pivo app on your phone and start filming!

Suitable for filming in both portrait and landscape mode, Pivo's Auto Tracking features a specific 'Horse-Tracking' function with four different speeds designed to always keep you in view, so you'll never ride off-screen. Auto Zoom means it will automatically zoom in and out for that seamless shot you've been looking for. You can also use this function during a video call paired with Bluetooth headphones (not included), to allow your instructor to give advice or to show off you and your horse's moves to friends and family!

The Smart Capture function is great for getting that perfect photo from any action moment, while the extra special effects (with 10 modes!), such as 'Many Me,' Timelapse' and 'Pivorama' make for some truly unique photos and videos.

Please note, the Pivo Pod is a camera mount and a smartphone is NOT included but will be required. The lifestyle images showing the horse and rider include the Pivo Smart Mount which is available to purchase separately HERE.

Please take note that the Pivo applications might require a lot of processing power and also need a good quality camera in order to run the Auto Tracking feature smoothly. For the best experience, please refer to the list below (other smartphones are also compatible):
