Our Returns Policy

How to return an item

If something isn’t quite right, you can return your items within 28 days of receiving your order.

Accepted Returns

  • Returned goods must be in the same condition in which they were received, including all original packaging, which must be intact and suitable for resale.
  • All original tags must be attached
  • Return must be made within 28 days of receipt

Packaging Your Return

Items should be securely packaged for return. Please do not apply tape, labels, or glue directly to the product or its original packaging (such as boot boxes or rug bags), as this can cause damage and may affect your refund. Items MUST be in new condition, clean and dry.

We do not offer a free returns service. The cost of returning a parcel to our UK warehouse must be covered by you.

How to Return your Items

  • Fill out the returns form included in your delivery
  • Find a carrier of your choice to return the parcel. The cost of return shipping is paid by you.
  • Use the original carrier where possible - If you can, return the item using the same courier (e.g. DHL, FedEx, UPS) that delivered it, as they can match it to the original import paperwork.
  • Complete customs forms correctly - On the CN22/CN23 or commercial invoice, clearly state: “UK GOODS RETURNING: DEFECTIVE / UNWANTED”
  • Declare the correct value - Use the original purchase value, and clearly indicate that the item is a return of merchandise
  • Include original tracking details - If possible, add the original import tracking or waybill number to help confirm the item was previously imported.
  • Keep proof of postage - Always retain your receipt and tracking number as proof of return in case of delay or loss.

The Animo LI-TECH Womens Airbag Air Jacket offers the perfect blend of safety and innovation. Designed to provide increased protection in case of a fall, this airbag jacket inflates via a CO2 cartridge, available separately, offering critical support to key areas of your body when needed most. By simply connecting the jacket to your saddle with a cable, the airbag system activates upon sudden separation, giving you peace of mind while riding. Designed in partnership with Helite, who are experts in airbag technology and inflates in 0.3 seconds.

Designed to match with Animo's corresponding color of show jackets, the LI-TECH jacket seamlessly integrates into your competition wardrobe, ensuring you remain both protected and stylish. The jacket uses a CO2 cartridge that can be easily removed or replaced when required.

The slim-fit design and bi-stretch technical fabric provide a luxurious and flexible fit, while the W-Light fabric offers water-repellent durability, ensuring practicality.

Finished with the iconic Animo Albatros logo on the left chest.

Certified to the NF S72-800:2022 standard, the Animo Airbag System is at the forefront of equestrian airbag technology, offering superior protection without sacrificing comfort or mobility.

The canister in the Li-Tech Airbag can be easily replaced after activation. Replacement CO2 cartridges are available separately here, ensuring that you’re always prepared for the next ride.
