How to return an item

If something isn’t quite right, you can return your items within 28 days of receiving your order.

Accepted Returns

  • Returned goods must be in the same condition in which they were received, including all original packaging, which must be intact and suitable for resale.
  • All original tags must be attached
  • Return must be made within 28 days of receipt

Packaging Your Return

Items should be securely packaged for return. Please do not apply tape, labels, or glue directly to the product or its original packaging (such as boot boxes or rug bags), as this can cause damage and may affect your refund. Items MUST be in new condition, clean and dry.

We do not offer a free returns service. The cost of returning a parcel to our UK warehouse must be covered by you.

How to Return your Items

  • Fill out the returns form included in your delivery
  • Find a carrier of your choice to return the parcel. The cost of return shipping is paid by you.
  • Use the original carrier where possible - If you can, return the item using the same courier (e.g. DHL, FedEx, UPS) that delivered it, as they can match it to the original import paperwork.
  • Complete customs forms correctly - On the CN22/CN23 or commercial invoice, clearly state: “UK GOODS RETURNING: DEFECTIVE / UNWANTED”
  • Declare the correct value - Use the original purchase value, and clearly indicate that the item is a return of merchandise
  • Include original tracking details - If possible, add the original import tracking or waybill number to help confirm the item was previously imported.
  • Keep proof of postage - Always retain your receipt and tracking number as proof of return in case of delay or loss.

Point Two Air Jacket Saddle Strap Attachment

The Point Two Saddle Strap is designed to be used with the Point Two Air Vests. This attachment fastens to the stirrup bars on your saddle, making it quick and easy for you to secure your air jacket to when getting on and off your horse.

This replacement strap is perfect for riders with multiple horses or saddles, as you don't have to swap the strap over every time you go to ride. Plus it's simple to attach:

1. Remove both stirrup leathers from the saddle.

2. Standing at the pommel of the saddle, thread one end of the attachment through the D-ring and then slide the loop over the stirrup bar.

3. Repeat the process with the other end of the strap on the opposite side. It may be necessary to loosen the straps to reach the other stirrup bar at this point.

4. Now adjust the strap evenly on both sides so the attaching ring sits at the center of the pommel.

5. The strap should be short enough to not exceed passing behind the pommel, but not so tight it lies flat on the horse's withers.

6. Replace the stirrup leathers, ensuring they are securely on.
