Our Returns Policy

How to return an item

If something isn’t quite right, you can return your items within 28 days of receiving your order.

Accepted Returns

  • Returned goods must be in the same condition in which they were received, including all original packaging, which must be intact and suitable for resale.
  • All original tags must be attached
  • Return must be made within 28 days of receipt

Packaging Your Return

Items should be securely packaged for return. Please do not apply tape, labels, or glue directly to the product or its original packaging (such as boot boxes or rug bags), as this can cause damage and may affect your refund. Items MUST be in new condition, clean and dry.

We do not offer a free returns service. The cost of returning a parcel to our UK warehouse must be covered by you.

How to Return your Items

  • Fill out the returns form included in your delivery
  • Find a carrier of your choice to return the parcel. The cost of return shipping is paid by you.
  • Use the original carrier where possible - If you can, return the item using the same courier (e.g. DHL, FedEx, UPS) that delivered it, as they can match it to the original import paperwork.
  • Complete customs forms correctly - On the CN22/CN23 or commercial invoice, clearly state: “UK GOODS RETURNING: DEFECTIVE / UNWANTED”
  • Declare the correct value - Use the original purchase value, and clearly indicate that the item is a return of merchandise
  • Include original tracking details - If possible, add the original import tracking or waybill number to help confirm the item was previously imported.
  • Keep proof of postage - Always retain your receipt and tracking number as proof of return in case of delay or loss.

The Racesafe MotionLite Back Protector is a next-generation design that delivers increased back protection in case of a fall, while ensuring maximum freedom to move and high levels of comfort when in the saddle.

Certified to the Level 2 motorcycle back protector standard EN1621-2-2014, the MotionLite back protector has been designed for circumstances when riders would not normally be wearing a full body protector, but want some protection in everyday ridden activities. Perfect for hacking, schooling, show jumping and dressage, it has a slimline technical vest design that allows it to be discreetly concealed under a competition jacket at events, or worn over a base layer or top for day-to-day riding wear.

Lightweight and breathable, this Racesafe Back Protector features panels at the sides for increased airflow, plus at the front is a secure zipper for easy on-and-off. Finished with smart Racesafe branding, the MotionLite is a perfect choice for any rider looking for additional protection when in the saddle.

Please note, the MotionLite is not designed as a body protector alternative - it will only protect your back and does not offer protection to ribs or against severe torsion, flexion, or extension or crushing of the body.
