How to return an item

If something isn’t quite right, you can return your items within 28 days of receiving your order.

Accepted Returns

  • Returned goods must be in the same condition in which they were received, including all original packaging, which must be intact and suitable for resale.
  • All original tags must be attached
  • Return must be made within 28 days of receipt

Packaging Your Return

Items should be securely packaged for return. Please do not apply tape, labels, or glue directly to the product or its original packaging (such as boot boxes or rug bags), as this can cause damage and may affect your refund. Items MUST be in new condition, clean and dry.

We do not offer a free returns service. The cost of returning a parcel to our UK warehouse must be covered by you.

How to Return your Items

  • Fill out the returns form included in your delivery
  • Find a carrier of your choice to return the parcel. The cost of return shipping is paid by you.
  • Use the original carrier where possible - If you can, return the item using the same courier (e.g. DHL, FedEx, UPS) that delivered it, as they can match it to the original import paperwork.
  • Complete customs forms correctly - On the CN22/CN23 or commercial invoice, clearly state: “UK GOODS RETURNING: DEFECTIVE / UNWANTED”
  • Declare the correct value - Use the original purchase value, and clearly indicate that the item is a return of merchandise
  • Include original tracking details - If possible, add the original import tracking or waybill number to help confirm the item was previously imported.
  • Keep proof of postage - Always retain your receipt and tracking number as proof of return in case of delay or loss.

Waldhausen Swing P07 Junior Back Protector - Black

The Waldhausen Swing P07 Back Protector has been designed to provide the wearer with maximum 360-degree protection over the spine and tailbone, with a padded back panel that helps to reduce injury in the event of a fall. The side panels are made from a stretch fabric with Velcro fastenings for a comfortable and close fit, with the front being a tough mesh material with light padding behind it. There is a central front zip for ease of wear and there are also stretch fabric inserts over the shoulders.

Great for wearing when training, schooling, or even when working around the barn, the Swing P07 ensures increased protection while being lightweight and still allowing superb freedom to move. The sleek fit means it can be worn underneath a show jacket if required as it is less bulky than traditional styles.

If you are looking for sole protection around your spine and tailbone and a more lightweight feel, there is the Waldhausen Swing P06 Junior Back Protector.

Safety Standards: Certified to EN1621-2-2014 (motorcycle standard)

Please note, that this Back Protector only covers the back. It does not offer full rib protection or prevent injuries involving severe torsion, flexion, and extension or crushing of the body.
