How to return an item

If something isn’t quite right, you can return your items within 28 days of receiving your order.

Accepted Returns

  • Returned goods must be in the same condition in which they were received, including all original packaging, which must be intact and suitable for resale.
  • All original tags must be attached
  • Return must be made within 28 days of receipt

Packaging Your Return

Items should be securely packaged for return. Please do not apply tape, labels, or glue directly to the product or its original packaging (such as boot boxes or rug bags), as this can cause damage and may affect your refund. Items MUST be in new condition, clean and dry.

We do not offer a free returns service. The cost of returning a parcel to our UK warehouse must be covered by you.

How to Return your Items

  • Fill out the returns form included in your delivery
  • Find a carrier of your choice to return the parcel. The cost of return shipping is paid by you.
  • Use the original carrier where possible - If you can, return the item using the same courier (e.g. DHL, FedEx, UPS) that delivered it, as they can match it to the original import paperwork.
  • Complete customs forms correctly - On the CN22/CN23 or commercial invoice, clearly state: “UK GOODS RETURNING: DEFECTIVE / UNWANTED”
  • Declare the correct value - Use the original purchase value, and clearly indicate that the item is a return of merchandise
  • Include original tracking details - If possible, add the original import tracking or waybill number to help confirm the item was previously imported.
  • Keep proof of postage - Always retain your receipt and tracking number as proof of return in case of delay or loss.

The Zandona Soft Vest Pro Back Protector is a Level Two Certified back protector that is ideal for riders who prefer not to wear a traditional body protector but are seeking a lighter alternative that offers protection over their back in case of a fall or impact.

This design is equipped with an internal lining made of E.V.C. (Evoluted Viscoelastic Cells) and a waterproof and anti-shock rubber, which covers the back. Additional to this protective panel are four thin shock absorbing pads; two are positioned on the chest, and there is one on each side. These give a sleek look, while offering further protection if required.

Great for wearing for your everyday rides, or pairing with your show jacket, the Soft Vest Pro allows superb freedom of movement, with high levels of flexibility and comfort. The lightweight design also means it can be worn when working around unpredictable horses for those who find a body protector too bulky or restrictive, but want confidence that vital areas of your body are protected.

Further features of this Zandona Back Protector include a front zipper for ease of wear, plus an elastic belt that sits around the waist, which keeps it stable and in place.

Safety Standards: Certified to CE EN 1621-2:2014

Please note, this Back Protector only covers the back, with thin padding over the chest and sides. It is not suitable for disciplines requiring a full coverage, Level 3 body protector.
