How to return an item

If something isn’t quite right, you can return your items within 28 days of receiving your order.

Accepted Returns

  • Returned goods must be in the same condition in which they were received, including all original packaging, which must be intact and suitable for resale.
  • All original tags must be attached
  • Return must be made within 28 days of receipt

Packaging Your Return

Items should be securely packaged for return. Please do not apply tape, labels, or glue directly to the product or its original packaging (such as boot boxes or rug bags), as this can cause damage and may affect your refund. Items MUST be in new condition, clean and dry.

We do not offer a free returns service. The cost of returning a parcel to our UK warehouse must be covered by you.

How to Return your Items

  • Fill out the returns form included in your delivery
  • Find a carrier of your choice to return the parcel. The cost of return shipping is paid by you.
  • Use the original carrier where possible - If you can, return the item using the same courier (e.g. DHL, FedEx, UPS) that delivered it, as they can match it to the original import paperwork.
  • Complete customs forms correctly - On the CN22/CN23 or commercial invoice, clearly state: “UK GOODS RETURNING: DEFECTIVE / UNWANTED”
  • Declare the correct value - Use the original purchase value, and clearly indicate that the item is a return of merchandise
  • Include original tracking details - If possible, add the original import tracking or waybill number to help confirm the item was previously imported.
  • Keep proof of postage - Always retain your receipt and tracking number as proof of return in case of delay or loss.

The Pikeur Laure SD Full Grip FlexTech Breeches are a flattering design that deliver exceptional comfort and will bring a subtle touch of sparkle to your riding wear.

These Pikeur Breeches are crafted from FlexTech which is a breathable, quick-drying Tech-Jersey functional fabric. Offering UV protection and easy to care for, this material also boasts 4-way stretch for optimum freedom of movement, and is moisture wicking to keep you feeling fresh.

Across the seat of the Laure is a Pikeur 'Selection' screen print, which is an innovative grip pattern that helps to keep you secure in the saddle. Lightweight Jersey panels around lower leg reduces bulk around the calves for a slim fit under tall boots, and on the upper thigh is a useful pocket to keep your cell phone to hand.

A high, wide waistband adds to the sleek look of the Laure Breeches, while the carefully placed crystal details on the front slanting pockets and faux rear pockets are a gorgeous, feminine finish.
