How to return an item

If something isn’t quite right, you can return your items within 28 days of receiving your order.

Accepted Returns

  • Returned goods must be in the same condition in which they were received, including all original packaging, which must be intact and suitable for resale.
  • All original tags must be attached
  • Return must be made within 28 days of receipt

Packaging Your Return

Items should be securely packaged for return. Please do not apply tape, labels, or glue directly to the product or its original packaging (such as boot boxes or rug bags), as this can cause damage and may affect your refund. Items MUST be in new condition, clean and dry.

We do not offer a free returns service. The cost of returning a parcel to our UK warehouse must be covered by you.

How to Return your Items

  • Fill out the returns form included in your delivery
  • Find a carrier of your choice to return the parcel. The cost of return shipping is paid by you.
  • Use the original carrier where possible - If you can, return the item using the same courier (e.g. DHL, FedEx, UPS) that delivered it, as they can match it to the original import paperwork.
  • Complete customs forms correctly - On the CN22/CN23 or commercial invoice, clearly state: “UK GOODS RETURNING: DEFECTIVE / UNWANTED”
  • Declare the correct value - Use the original purchase value, and clearly indicate that the item is a return of merchandise
  • Include original tracking details - If possible, add the original import tracking or waybill number to help confirm the item was previously imported.
  • Keep proof of postage - Always retain your receipt and tracking number as proof of return in case of delay or loss.

The Mountain Horse Stella Softshell Women's Long Parka Jacket has an excellent teddy fleece lining which provides fantastic comfort and heat retention, while the handy rear yoke ventilation helps prevent overheating. Water and wind repellent, the softshell external fabric allows you to brave the winter weather securely, while the added length protects your upper legs for added protection.

The full front two-way YKK® front zip and long rear zip allow you to wear this jacket in the saddle, and the wedge inside the slit adds further wind protection. Spacious side pockets have more of the luxury teddy fabric against palm, and front zip pockets are great for keeping your valuables safe.

Also fitted with a protective inner front placket with chin guard, detachable and adjustable hood, and adjustable sleeve ends, the Stella is very practical for use at the barn, in the garden, and any other external locations. Finished with pre-curved sleeves, a feminine cut, and the Mountain Horse logo on the left sleeve, it would make a fantastic addition to any country woman's wardrobe.
