How to return an item

If something isn’t quite right, you can return your items within 28 days of receiving your order.

Accepted Returns

  • Returned goods must be in the same condition in which they were received, including all original packaging, which must be intact and suitable for resale.
  • All original tags must be attached
  • Return must be made within 28 days of receipt

Packaging Your Return

Items should be securely packaged for return. Please do not apply tape, labels, or glue directly to the product or its original packaging (such as boot boxes or rug bags), as this can cause damage and may affect your refund. Items MUST be in new condition, clean and dry.

We do not offer a free returns service. The cost of returning a parcel to our UK warehouse must be covered by you.

How to Return your Items

  • Fill out the returns form included in your delivery
  • Find a carrier of your choice to return the parcel. The cost of return shipping is paid by you.
  • Use the original carrier where possible - If you can, return the item using the same courier (e.g. DHL, FedEx, UPS) that delivered it, as they can match it to the original import paperwork.
  • Complete customs forms correctly - On the CN22/CN23 or commercial invoice, clearly state: “UK GOODS RETURNING: DEFECTIVE / UNWANTED”
  • Declare the correct value - Use the original purchase value, and clearly indicate that the item is a return of merchandise
  • Include original tracking details - If possible, add the original import tracking or waybill number to help confirm the item was previously imported.
  • Keep proof of postage - Always retain your receipt and tracking number as proof of return in case of delay or loss.

The HV Polo Celeste Ladies Waterproof Parka Jacket is the ultimate companion for wet weather wear through the warmer months, whether you need it for riding with friends, or for long walks on the beach with the dog.

It is a functional design engineered from ultra soft, matte fabric with welded seams. The outer material is waterproof and breathable, and the jacket also has a generous hood for extra coverage. At the back of the jacket is a handy fastening that the hood can be attached to to prevent it from flapping around when not in use, plus rear vents at the bottom that allow the jacket to open up for a comfortable fit when in the saddle.

Another superb feature of the Celeste is the 2-way zipper with wind guard and chin protector. At the sleeve cuffs are ribbed hems for a close fit and to keep any chills at bay. Finished with water-tight zippered front pockets, an adjustable waistband and rhinestone logo detailing on the upper sleeve, this HV Polo Jacket would be a fantastic addition to any outerwear collection to keep you protected from the rain.
