How to return an item

If something isn’t quite right, you can return your items within 28 days of receiving your order.

Accepted Returns

  • Returned goods must be in the same condition in which they were received, including all original packaging, which must be intact and suitable for resale.
  • All original tags must be attached
  • Return must be made within 28 days of receipt

Packaging Your Return

Items should be securely packaged for return. Please do not apply tape, labels, or glue directly to the product or its original packaging (such as boot boxes or rug bags), as this can cause damage and may affect your refund. Items MUST be in new condition, clean and dry.

We do not offer a free returns service. The cost of returning a parcel to our UK warehouse must be covered by you.

How to Return your Items

  • Fill out the returns form included in your delivery
  • Find a carrier of your choice to return the parcel. The cost of return shipping is paid by you.
  • Use the original carrier where possible - If you can, return the item using the same courier (e.g. DHL, FedEx, UPS) that delivered it, as they can match it to the original import paperwork.
  • Complete customs forms correctly - On the CN22/CN23 or commercial invoice, clearly state: “UK GOODS RETURNING: DEFECTIVE / UNWANTED”
  • Declare the correct value - Use the original purchase value, and clearly indicate that the item is a return of merchandise
  • Include original tracking details - If possible, add the original import tracking or waybill number to help confirm the item was previously imported.
  • Keep proof of postage - Always retain your receipt and tracking number as proof of return in case of delay or loss.

The Stierna Stella Winter Long Coat will keep you warm, dry and comfortable through the harshest weather. Its longer length, combined with the use of advanced waterproofing materials, ensures that you will be kept dry and comfortable through the coldest months of the year.

One layer inside this coat is a down-free 3M™ Thinsulate™ Insulation; this padding provides cozy warmth with minimal bulk, perfect for those spending a lot of the colder months outdoors.

EquTex™ fabrics are based on membrane technology, allowing the outer fabric to be waterproof (20,000mm) while maintaining high levels of breathability (20,000 g/m2/24h). The shell material also has an eco-friendly fluorocarbon-free DWR-treatment and all the seams inside the jacket are tape sealed, for extra moisture protection.

Two YKK-zippered slits at the back of the Stella Winter Coat provide flexibility when in the saddle, and at the front of the jacket is a detachable front piece that protects your saddle from the damp. Pre-shaped sleeves and asymmetrical sleeve ends with carefully placed velcro adjustments ensure the perfect fit and freedom to move. Plus, Lycra sleeve inserts help to stop any moisture and freezing chills from creeping in.

The thoughtfully crafted detachable hood has clever one-hand adjustments at the front and on the neck to make for smooth days around the horses, while a mix of pockets inside and out offer secure storage for your phone and other essentials.

Finished with a high collar with a chin guard at the top of the 2-way YKK zipper, and a storm placket over the top, the Stella Winter Long Coat from Stierna is the ultimate companion when taking on bitter, wet weather.
