How to return an item

If something isn’t quite right, you can return your items within 28 days of receiving your order.

Accepted Returns

  • Returned goods must be in the same condition in which they were received, including all original packaging, which must be intact and suitable for resale.
  • All original tags must be attached
  • Return must be made within 28 days of receipt

Packaging Your Return

Items should be securely packaged for return. Please do not apply tape, labels, or glue directly to the product or its original packaging (such as boot boxes or rug bags), as this can cause damage and may affect your refund. Items MUST be in new condition, clean and dry.

We do not offer a free returns service. The cost of returning a parcel to our UK warehouse must be covered by you.

How to Return your Items

  • Fill out the returns form included in your delivery
  • Find a carrier of your choice to return the parcel. The cost of return shipping is paid by you.
  • Use the original carrier where possible - If you can, return the item using the same courier (e.g. DHL, FedEx, UPS) that delivered it, as they can match it to the original import paperwork.
  • Complete customs forms correctly - On the CN22/CN23 or commercial invoice, clearly state: “UK GOODS RETURNING: DEFECTIVE / UNWANTED”
  • Declare the correct value - Use the original purchase value, and clearly indicate that the item is a return of merchandise
  • Include original tracking details - If possible, add the original import tracking or waybill number to help confirm the item was previously imported.
  • Keep proof of postage - Always retain your receipt and tracking number as proof of return in case of delay or loss.

The Champion Insight Riding Helmet Liner is designed to fit in the Champion Insight Riding Helmets.

Sizing Information
The Champion Insight Riding Helmets are available in 4 shell sizes. Each shell can accommodate inner interchangeable crown pads (liners) of different sizes in order to obtain a perfect adjustment to the rider’s head.

Firstly, it is recommended to measure your head using a soft tape measure. Circle the largest part of the skull with a soft tape measure (if measuring around long hair, tie the hair with a low-pony tail: this allows for correct measurement and reduces rotation when the helmet is worn).

Once you have this measurement (in centimetres), you can find your size by referring to the table below. Please note, certain liner sizes will only fit certain shell sizes and they cannot be swapped across different shell sizes.

Not sure which liner to choose? Round Liners are best for riders whose heads are more equal in width and length, while the Oval Liners are more suited to those with heads that are longer front-to-back and narrower side-to-side.

Once you have added an Insight Helmet shell to your basket, you can choose your FREE standard liner in a size of your choice to go with it from the pop-up that appears. You cannot wear your Champion Insight Helmet without a liner.
