With Pre-Order, you can purchase the latest items added to our store in advance of them arriving with us.
Your Pre-Order is prioritized (at no additional charge); meaning that as soon as the product arrives with us, we can wrap it straight back up; ready for collection via Click & Collect or dispatch to you — it often never even hits the stock room shelves!
With Prelaunch, the date when we expect to receive the product ourselves is still a little too hazy to be confident in accepting Preorders.
So, instead, you can submit your email address for the item you are interested in, and we will email you as soon as stock arrives in the system.
Estimated Delivery & Collection Dates are given on Pre-Order and Pre-Launch products. They are for indicative purposes only and can change at any time without notice.
The dates we provide are based on information given by our suppliers. Whenever we get updated information from our suppliers we will endeavor to update the Estimated Delivery & Collection Dates provided on product pages.
Hassle free returns
If something isn’t quite right, you can return your items within 28 days of receiving your order.
Items should be securely packaged for return. Please do not apply tape, labels, or glue directly to the product or its original packaging (such as boot boxes or rug bags), as this can cause damage and may affect your refund. Items MUST be in new condition, clean and dry.
We do not offer a free returns service. The cost of returning a parcel to our UK warehouse must be covered by you.
If you deem your item to be faulty, please contact us immediately on returns@redpostequestrian.com so we can investigate.
Our team is always happy to help. Get in touch and we’ll guide you through the process.

Stay warm and comfortable in the saddle with the unisex riding helmet thermal liner, designed to provide extra insulation during colder weather.
Made from soft, stretch thermal fabric, this liner fits neatly under most riding helmets without adding bulk, ensuring a secure and comfortable fit for both junior and adult riders. The lightweight material offers excellent warmth while remaining breathable and moisture-wicking, helping to regulate temperature and keep you dry during training or competitions.
The close-fitting design protects the ears, neck and head from chilly winds, making it ideal for winter riding, early morning yard duties, and colder competition days. Flexible stretch ensures it adapts comfortably to different head shapes, while the smooth finish prevents pressure points beneath the helmet.
