Our Returns Policy

How to return an item

If something isn’t quite right, you can return your items within 28 days of receiving your order.

Accepted Returns

  • Returned goods must be in the same condition in which they were received, including all original packaging, which must be intact and suitable for resale.
  • All original tags must be attached
  • Return must be made within 28 days of receipt

Packaging Your Return

Items should be securely packaged for return. Please do not apply tape, labels, or glue directly to the product or its original packaging (such as boot boxes or rug bags), as this can cause damage and may affect your refund. Items MUST be in new condition, clean and dry.

We do not offer a free returns service. The cost of returning a parcel to our UK warehouse must be covered by you.

How to Return your Items

  • Fill out the returns form included in your delivery
  • Find a carrier of your choice to return the parcel. The cost of return shipping is paid by you.
  • Use the original carrier where possible - If you can, return the item using the same courier (e.g. DHL, FedEx, UPS) that delivered it, as they can match it to the original import paperwork.
  • Complete customs forms correctly - On the CN22/CN23 or commercial invoice, clearly state: “UK GOODS RETURNING: DEFECTIVE / UNWANTED”
  • Declare the correct value - Use the original purchase value, and clearly indicate that the item is a return of merchandise
  • Include original tracking details - If possible, add the original import tracking or waybill number to help confirm the item was previously imported.
  • Keep proof of postage - Always retain your receipt and tracking number as proof of return in case of delay or loss.

The Kask Dogma/Star Lady Riding Helmet Inner Padding Liner II is designed to be used in the Kask Dogma and Star Lady Riding Helmets. They can be used to refresh your helmet and lengthen its lifespan. They are easily clipped into the helmet, and can be easily removed and washed when needed.

The Kask Dogma and Star Lady Helmets are available in three shell sizes (1, 2, 3). You need to purchase the helmet liner in your "cm" helmet size (measured around the widest circumference of the head). On each shell, you can interchange the liners to create a different size.

Each shell can take a range of different liner sizes, however not every liner size will fit each shell size. Please take a look at our Sizing Information for further information.

Sizing Information
The Kask Riding Helmets are available in 3 shell sizes. Each shell can accommodate 3-4 inner paddings (liners) of different sizes in order to obtain a perfect adjustment to the rider’s head.

It is recommended to measure your head using a soft tape measure. This corresponds to the measurements show below:

You cannot wear your Kask Helmet without a liner, and the liner selected must match the shell size shown in the table above.
