Our Returns Policy

How to return an item

If something isn’t quite right, you can return your items within 28 days of receiving your order.

Accepted Returns

  • Returned goods must be in the same condition in which they were received, including all original packaging, which must be intact and suitable for resale.
  • All original tags must be attached
  • Return must be made within 28 days of receipt

Packaging Your Return

Items should be securely packaged for return. Please do not apply tape, labels, or glue directly to the product or its original packaging (such as boot boxes or rug bags), as this can cause damage and may affect your refund. Items MUST be in new condition, clean and dry.

We do not offer a free returns service. The cost of returning a parcel to our UK warehouse must be covered by you.

How to Return your Items

  • Fill out the returns form included in your delivery
  • Find a carrier of your choice to return the parcel. The cost of return shipping is paid by you.
  • Use the original carrier where possible - If you can, return the item using the same courier (e.g. DHL, FedEx, UPS) that delivered it, as they can match it to the original import paperwork.
  • Complete customs forms correctly - On the CN22/CN23 or commercial invoice, clearly state: “UK GOODS RETURNING: DEFECTIVE / UNWANTED”
  • Declare the correct value - Use the original purchase value, and clearly indicate that the item is a return of merchandise
  • Include original tracking details - If possible, add the original import tracking or waybill number to help confirm the item was previously imported.
  • Keep proof of postage - Always retain your receipt and tracking number as proof of return in case of delay or loss.

The Antarès Galaxy Race Helmet is a smart blend of comfort, protection, performance and style, boasting an iconic look which is recognised worldwide.

A lightweight choice for both everyday riding and competition use, this helmet features four carefully placed front chrome vents to increase airflow over the head, which help to keep you feeling fresh and cool.

Inside the Galaxy Helmet are interchangable pads, which are made in Italy and are OEKO-TEX® certified and hand washable in warm water, so you can easily keep your helmet clean. Three sets of these pads are included with each helmet, so you can achieve the perfect fit to suit your head shape. The piece that sits at the back of the head can be removed to allow room for a ponytail or bun if required.

Sizing Information
The Antarès Helmets come in three shell sizes (Small, Medium and Large), and each shell includes a set of liners that allow the helmet to fit different sizes so you can achieve the perfect fit.

To determine the shell size you require, measure around the largest part of the head with a soft tape measure. It should follow a line about 3/4 inch above your eyebrows, just above the ear line and around the bump at the back of your head. Relate this measurement to the 'Liner Size' row below:

Antarès Liners

Antares Liners
Two packs of Set A are also included with each helmet; 1x 4mm set and 1x 8mm set. This allows the wearer to adjust the depth of the helmet over the top of the head and at the front.

You will then need to choose your Set B liner from the pop-up that appears. Four Set B thicknesses are available, which create the following sizes:

If the Set B that matches your head measurement feels too tight or loose, try a different thickness Set B pack to achieve a comfortable, secure fit.

You MUST use a Set A Liner AND a Set B Liner to create your full liner, and it is not possible to use two or more of the same set in combination.
