How to return an item

If something isn’t quite right, you can return your items within 28 days of receiving your order.

Accepted Returns

  • Returned goods must be in the same condition in which they were received, including all original packaging, which must be intact and suitable for resale.
  • All original tags must be attached
  • Return must be made within 28 days of receipt

Packaging Your Return

Items should be securely packaged for return. Please do not apply tape, labels, or glue directly to the product or its original packaging (such as boot boxes or rug bags), as this can cause damage and may affect your refund. Items MUST be in new condition, clean and dry.

We do not offer a free returns service. The cost of returning a parcel to our UK warehouse must be covered by you.

How to Return your Items

  • Fill out the returns form included in your delivery
  • Find a carrier of your choice to return the parcel. The cost of return shipping is paid by you.
  • Use the original carrier where possible - If you can, return the item using the same courier (e.g. DHL, FedEx, UPS) that delivered it, as they can match it to the original import paperwork.
  • Complete customs forms correctly - On the CN22/CN23 or commercial invoice, clearly state: “UK GOODS RETURNING: DEFECTIVE / UNWANTED”
  • Declare the correct value - Use the original purchase value, and clearly indicate that the item is a return of merchandise
  • Include original tracking details - If possible, add the original import tracking or waybill number to help confirm the item was previously imported.
  • Keep proof of postage - Always retain your receipt and tracking number as proof of return in case of delay or loss.

The Champion CPX Supreme Velvet Riding Helmet has been designed to offer a smart appearance, high levels of comfort and optimum protection in case of a fall.

With a slim profile lightweight injection molded ABS shell and covered in the finest quality velvet, this helmet is a popular choice for the show ring. Manufactured in the UK, this helmet is equipped with crown comfort padding in a poly/satin finish and also boasts a technical EPS lining that is highly wicking to keep you feeling fresh and cool, even when the competition heats up.

Further features of this Champion Helmet include a quality four-point padded flesh-colored harness made from super soft leather with rear lacing adjustment for a bespoke fit. There is a subtle yet easy-to-use metal hook quick-release fastening system on one side and the peak is shock-absorbing.
