How to return an item

If something isn’t quite right, you can return your items within 28 days of receiving your order.

Accepted Returns

  • Returned goods must be in the same condition in which they were received, including all original packaging, which must be intact and suitable for resale.
  • All original tags must be attached
  • Return must be made within 28 days of receipt

Packaging Your Return

Items should be securely packaged for return. Please do not apply tape, labels, or glue directly to the product or its original packaging (such as boot boxes or rug bags), as this can cause damage and may affect your refund. Items MUST be in new condition, clean and dry.

We do not offer a free returns service. The cost of returning a parcel to our UK warehouse must be covered by you.

How to Return your Items

  • Fill out the returns form included in your delivery
  • Find a carrier of your choice to return the parcel. The cost of return shipping is paid by you.
  • Use the original carrier where possible - If you can, return the item using the same courier (e.g. DHL, FedEx, UPS) that delivered it, as they can match it to the original import paperwork.
  • Complete customs forms correctly - On the CN22/CN23 or commercial invoice, clearly state: “UK GOODS RETURNING: DEFECTIVE / UNWANTED”
  • Declare the correct value - Use the original purchase value, and clearly indicate that the item is a return of merchandise
  • Include original tracking details - If possible, add the original import tracking or waybill number to help confirm the item was previously imported.
  • Keep proof of postage - Always retain your receipt and tracking number as proof of return in case of delay or loss.

The Charles Owen Halo CX Riding Helmet has been beautifully engineered to celebrate Charles Owen's 110th anniversary and is a true innovation in style and technology. It offers exceptional comfort and unrivalled style with it's slim, low profile styling, Flexzone peak and exclusive metallic details.

Comfort is prioritised with a unique 360° ventilation system under the halo ring along with additional ventilation at the crown for optimum airflow. A luxury washable padded headband with padded neck support ensures freshness for every ride (liner selection made from the cart popup after adding this item to your cart). The helmet lining is anti-microbial and infused with silver ions.

This stunning helmet also boasts a Flexzone peak with luxury underside padding and a unique lattice harness with a premium metallic buckle that has been designed to grip the occipital bone at the base of the skull, and self-adjusts to give a snug and secure fit for every ride.
