How to return an item

If something isn’t quite right, you can return your items within 28 days of receiving your order.

Accepted Returns

  • Returned goods must be in the same condition in which they were received, including all original packaging, which must be intact and suitable for resale.
  • All original tags must be attached
  • Return must be made within 28 days of receipt

Packaging Your Return

Items should be securely packaged for return. Please do not apply tape, labels, or glue directly to the product or its original packaging (such as boot boxes or rug bags), as this can cause damage and may affect your refund. Items MUST be in new condition, clean and dry.

We do not offer a free returns service. The cost of returning a parcel to our UK warehouse must be covered by you.

How to Return your Items

  • Fill out the returns form included in your delivery
  • Find a carrier of your choice to return the parcel. The cost of return shipping is paid by you.
  • Use the original carrier where possible - If you can, return the item using the same courier (e.g. DHL, FedEx, UPS) that delivered it, as they can match it to the original import paperwork.
  • Complete customs forms correctly - On the CN22/CN23 or commercial invoice, clearly state: “UK GOODS RETURNING: DEFECTIVE / UNWANTED”
  • Declare the correct value - Use the original purchase value, and clearly indicate that the item is a return of merchandise
  • Include original tracking details - If possible, add the original import tracking or waybill number to help confirm the item was previously imported.
  • Keep proof of postage - Always retain your receipt and tracking number as proof of return in case of delay or loss.

The Kask Dogma XC Riding Helmet is a vented and comfortable horse riding helmet, each Kask helmet is proudly handcrafted in Italy. It combines style, design, and functionality to provide comfort, safety, and high performance to the rider.

This helmet features a molded outer shell that is both resistant and lightweight, covered with a special textile material that is waterproof, scratch-resistant, and washable, ensuring durability and easy maintenance. The soft eco-leather chinstrap is hypoallergenic, washable, and designed to prevent skin irritations. It adds a stylish touch to the helmet, appealing to even the most discerning riders.

Inside the helmet, you'll find a comfortable and breathable inner padding made with Coolmax® fiber. This padding is removable and washable, allowing for proper hygiene and freshness. The inner shell is constructed with expanded polystyrene and incorporates three levels of densities, providing excellent shock protection, comfort, and lightness.

To keep the rider cool and comfortable, the helmet features a clever ventilation system with two honeycomb-like aeration grids built into the polystyrene, allowing for high volumes of cooling airflow. This ventilation system helps regulate temperature during intense riding sessions.

At the back of the Dogma Helmet is a carefully placed 'Fit System', a flexible panel which allows the helmet to gently support the back of the head.

The helmet meets two international safety standards, while also passing Kask's in-house Rotational Impact WG11 Test.

This test identifies an objective method, based on scientific sources, for measuring the performance of its helmets against rotational impacts. The 'pass-fail' criteria is based on the BrlC value, an algorithm that defines the level of brain injury. This value must be lower than 0.68 (the lower the better); all Kask helmets successfully pass this test, with values that are substantially less than 0.39.

Overall, the Kask Dogma XC Riding Helmet offers a combination of style, comfort, and advanced features to meet the needs of riders seeking a vented and comfortable riding helmet.

Sizing Information
The Kask Riding Helmets are available in 3 shell sizes. Each shell can accommodate 3-4 inner paddings (liners) of different sizes in order to obtain a perfect adjustment to the rider’s head.

It is recommended to measure your head using a soft tape measure. This corresponds to the measurements show below:

Once you have added a Kask Helmet shell to your cart, you can choose your FREE standard liner in a size of your choice to go with it from the pop-up that appears. You cannot wear your Kask Helmet without a liner.
