How to return an item

If something isn’t quite right, you can return your items within 28 days of receiving your order.

Accepted Returns

  • Returned goods must be in the same condition in which they were received, including all original packaging, which must be intact and suitable for resale.
  • All original tags must be attached
  • Return must be made within 28 days of receipt

Packaging Your Return

Items should be securely packaged for return. Please do not apply tape, labels, or glue directly to the product or its original packaging (such as boot boxes or rug bags), as this can cause damage and may affect your refund. Items MUST be in new condition, clean and dry.

We do not offer a free returns service. The cost of returning a parcel to our UK warehouse must be covered by you.

How to Return your Items

  • Fill out the returns form included in your delivery
  • Find a carrier of your choice to return the parcel. The cost of return shipping is paid by you.
  • Use the original carrier where possible - If you can, return the item using the same courier (e.g. DHL, FedEx, UPS) that delivered it, as they can match it to the original import paperwork.
  • Complete customs forms correctly - On the CN22/CN23 or commercial invoice, clearly state: “UK GOODS RETURNING: DEFECTIVE / UNWANTED”
  • Declare the correct value - Use the original purchase value, and clearly indicate that the item is a return of merchandise
  • Include original tracking details - If possible, add the original import tracking or waybill number to help confirm the item was previously imported.
  • Keep proof of postage - Always retain your receipt and tracking number as proof of return in case of delay or loss.

The KASK Star Lady Pure Shine Midnight Mixture Riding Helmet was one of the first equestrian helmets that KASK created. As with every KASK helmet, this helmet has been individually handmade in Italy. KASK has always been committed to creating products that provide both excellent safety and comfort, exceeding requirements set by international standards and norms. The Star Lady Helmet is no exception, meeting two international safety standards, and also passing KASK's in-house Rotational Impact WG11 Test.

This test identifies an objective method, based on scientific sources, for measuring the performance of its helmets against rotational impacts. The 'pass-fail' criteria is based on the BrlC value, an algorithm that defines the level of brain injury. This value must be lower than 0.68 (the lower the better); all KASK helmets successfully pass this test, with values that are substantially less than 0.39.

Exceptionally lightweight, weighing only 570g, the Star Lady Helmet is extremely comfortable to wear. The design is based on two honeycomb ventilation grids built in the polystyrene, which provide cooling airflow around the rider's head. This, combined with KASK's Click-In System, helps to keep your head feeling fresh and dry.

The Click-In System is a removable antibacterial, thermoregulating, breathable inner padding with Merino wool inside. This inner padding simply fastens to the outer shell with three pins that 'pop' into place. Having a removable liner allows you to keep the inside of the helmet clean, as it can be washed inbetween uses.

At the back of the Star Lady Helmet is a carefully placed 'Fit System', a flexible panel which allows the helmet to gently support the back of the head.

Finished with a luxury faux leather chinstrap, KASK branding, a wide peak and a glossy exterior, plus gorgeous Swarovski Crystals set on the top, the Star Lady Pure Shine would be a truly eye-catching choice for a range of equestrian disciplines, for wearing every day and at competitions.

Sizing Information
The Kask Riding Helmets are available in 3 shell sizes. Each shell can accommodate 3-4 inner paddings (liners) of different sizes in order to obtain a perfect adjustment to the rider’s head.

It is recommended to measure your head using a soft tape measure. This corresponds to the measurements show below:

Once you have added a Kask Helmet shell to your cart, you can choose your FREE standard liner in a size of your choice to go with it from the pop-up that appears. You cannot wear your Kask Helmet without a liner.
