How to return an item

If something isn’t quite right, you can return your items within 28 days of receiving your order.

Accepted Returns

  • Returned goods must be in the same condition in which they were received, including all original packaging, which must be intact and suitable for resale.
  • All original tags must be attached
  • Return must be made within 28 days of receipt

Packaging Your Return

Items should be securely packaged for return. Please do not apply tape, labels, or glue directly to the product or its original packaging (such as boot boxes or rug bags), as this can cause damage and may affect your refund. Items MUST be in new condition, clean and dry.

We do not offer a free returns service. The cost of returning a parcel to our UK warehouse must be covered by you.

How to Return your Items

  • Fill out the returns form included in your delivery
  • Find a carrier of your choice to return the parcel. The cost of return shipping is paid by you.
  • Use the original carrier where possible - If you can, return the item using the same courier (e.g. DHL, FedEx, UPS) that delivered it, as they can match it to the original import paperwork.
  • Complete customs forms correctly - On the CN22/CN23 or commercial invoice, clearly state: “UK GOODS RETURNING: DEFECTIVE / UNWANTED”
  • Declare the correct value - Use the original purchase value, and clearly indicate that the item is a return of merchandise
  • Include original tracking details - If possible, add the original import tracking or waybill number to help confirm the item was previously imported.
  • Keep proof of postage - Always retain your receipt and tracking number as proof of return in case of delay or loss.

The KEP Cromo 2.0 Riding Helmet is an iconic equestrian helmet 100% designed and crafted in Italy. Combining cutting-edge innovation with Italian elegance, this helmet is built for riders who demand safety, performance and personal style.

The lightweight yet durable polycarbonate outer shell is made using in-moulding technology, offering optimal protection without compromising on comfort. The inner liner is crafted from eco-friendly materials, offering enhanced breathability and softness. This liner is also fully removable and washable, and different sized liners can be used to achieve the perfect fit (you will need to select your liner once you have added a shell size to your basket).

With the upgraded KEP Air Control System, this riding helmet ensures superior airflow. Additional rear ventilation slits work alongside the aggressive yet elegant grille to regulate internal temperature and keep you cool, even during intense rides.

With safety as a priority, each KEP Cromo 2.0 Helmet is equipped with an integrated NFC chip beneath the front insert which stores the rider's health information via the KEP App. In the event of an emergency, if the top of the helmet is scanned with a smartphone, the rider's information will pop up on the device, making it easier and faster for the rider to receive the appropriate care.

Cromo 2.0 Helmets offer unmatched customization, even after purchase. Thanks to an advanced mechanical interlocking system, the front and rear inserts, as well as the visor, can be easily swapped out in just a few simple steps. Want even more individuality? You can fully customize a KEP Cromo 2.0 Helmet, choosing from a huge selection of colours, materials and patterns. Sizing Information
How to Measure for a KEP Riding Hat:
  • Using a soft tape measure, circle the largest part of the skull with a soft tape measure (approximately 2.5cm above your eyebrows and ears). This is the widest part of your head and corresponds to the circumference you need to measure.
  • Make sure the tape is snug but not too tight. Note the measurement in centimeters. If your measurement falls between two sizes, KEP recommend choosing the larger size and using padding to adapt the helmet to your head.
  • Consult the sizing information below to find your shell and liner size.

The KEP Italia Riding Helmets are available in three shell sizes (Small Medium, Medium and Large). Each shell is compatible with a wide range of liner sizes, so the wearer can achieve the perfect fit:

To ensure a comfortable and secure fit, KEP Italia also offers two different shaped liners based on head shape:
  • Narrow - slightly longer front-to-back and narrower side-to-side, ideal for riders with a more elongated head shape.
  • Oval - more equal in length and width, offering a better fit for riders with a more circular head shape.
