With Pre-Order, you can purchase the latest items added to our store in advance of them arriving with us.
Your Pre-Order is prioritized (at no additional charge); meaning that as soon as the product arrives with us, we can wrap it straight back up; ready for collection via Click & Collect or dispatch to you — it often never even hits the stock room shelves!
With Prelaunch, the date when we expect to receive the product ourselves is still a little too hazy to be confident in accepting Preorders.
So, instead, you can submit your email address for the item you are interested in, and we will email you as soon as stock arrives in the system.
Estimated Delivery & Collection Dates are given on Pre-Order and Pre-Launch products. They are for indicative purposes only and can change at any time without notice.
The dates we provide are based on information given by our suppliers. Whenever we get updated information from our suppliers we will endeavor to update the Estimated Delivery & Collection Dates provided on product pages.
Hassle free returns
If something isn’t quite right, you can return your items within 28 days of receiving your order.
Items should be securely packaged for return. Please do not apply tape, labels, or glue directly to the product or its original packaging (such as boot boxes or rug bags), as this can cause damage and may affect your refund. Items MUST be in new condition, clean and dry.
We do not offer a free returns service. The cost of returning a parcel to our UK warehouse must be covered by you.

The inner shell is made of polystyrene with variable density, providing a better dissipation of the energy produced upon impact.The Shadowmatt 2.0 helps to keep the rider's head feeling fresh and cool thanks to its cleverly designed 6-point ventilation system. This system channels air through the helmet and around the head to help increase airflow and ensure maximum comfort, even when the competition heats up!Fastening in place with an innovative integrated chinstrap, the helmet stays secure on the wearer's head and can accommodate a range of hairstyles, including a dressage bun. The semi-rigid chinstrap also helps to eliminate the risk of the helmet tipping forward during sudden movements. At the front of the helmet is a trendy wide peak.The internal liner, made of a 'shape memory' type of material, ensures a constant thickness throughout the years of use. PERFECT SIZE ADJUSTMENT FOR UNMATCHED COMFORT
Samshield Riding Hats are available in three shell sizes (Small, Medium and Large). This is due to a thorough anthropomorphic study which led to designing an inner-shell form with unmatched comfort.
Each shell can accommodate 4 to 5 inner foams of different sizes in order to obtain a perfect adjustment to the rider’s head. With this system, it is also possible to follow the growth of a young rider. Due to being able to easily purchase different sized liners there is no need to replace the hat as the riders head grows.
