With Pre-Order, you can purchase the latest items added to our store in advance of them arriving with us.
Your Pre-Order is prioritized (at no additional charge); meaning that as soon as the product arrives with us, we can wrap it straight back up; ready for collection via Click & Collect or dispatch to you — it often never even hits the stock room shelves!
With Prelaunch, the date when we expect to receive the product ourselves is still a little too hazy to be confident in accepting Preorders.
So, instead, you can submit your email address for the item you are interested in, and we will email you as soon as stock arrives in the system.
Estimated Delivery & Collection Dates are given on Pre-Order and Pre-Launch products. They are for indicative purposes only and can change at any time without notice.
The dates we provide are based on information given by our suppliers. Whenever we get updated information from our suppliers we will endeavor to update the Estimated Delivery & Collection Dates provided on product pages.
Hassle free returns
If something isn’t quite right, you can return your items within 28 days of receiving your order.
Items should be securely packaged for return. Please do not apply tape, labels, or glue directly to the product or its original packaging (such as boot boxes or rug bags), as this can cause damage and may affect your refund. Items MUST be in new condition, clean and dry.
We do not offer a free returns service. The cost of returning a parcel to our UK warehouse must be covered by you.

The Samshield XJ Helmet is made with a pure carbon fiber external shell that offers unbeatable strength and weight ratio. This helmet has been designed to meet active and passive safety requirements for extreme disciplines.The internal polystyrene shell provides a better dissipation of energy on impact. The removable internal comfort foam liner has ‘memory shape’ to it ensuring a constant thickness over years of use, easily removable with a strong clip system. It also ensures that the risk of the helmet tipping when violent movement occurs is cancelled out.Two front air inlets channel fresh air through the vents and expels the hot air towards the back extractors keeping your head cool and comfortable throughout wear.Please note: When you add the shell size that you require to your basket a pop-up will appear where you will need to select your liner. Measuring head size
Circle the largest part of the skull with a soft tape measure.
If measuring around long hair, tie the hair with a low-pony tail: this allows for correct measurement and reduces rotation when the helmet is worn.

NOTE: The Helmet can take either the Open or Closed fronted liners. The choice of liner is down to personal preference. You will be given the option to choose upon adding this item to your basket.
Fitting Information
Always adjust and close the chin strap before you make any fitting movement tests.
If you feel that the helmet is too large or too small you can then adjust with a thicker or thinner comfort liner.
If you have purchased an Open liner but do not like the “loose” feeling then do not hesitate to try a Closedliner, as this gives a more snug feeling. Again this is personal preference, some people prefer the Open Liners and some the ClosedLiners.
