How to return an item

If something isn’t quite right, you can return your items within 28 days of receiving your order.

Accepted Returns

  • Returned goods must be in the same condition in which they were received, including all original packaging, which must be intact and suitable for resale.
  • All original tags must be attached
  • Return must be made within 28 days of receipt

Packaging Your Return

Items should be securely packaged for return. Please do not apply tape, labels, or glue directly to the product or its original packaging (such as boot boxes or rug bags), as this can cause damage and may affect your refund. Items MUST be in new condition, clean and dry.

We do not offer a free returns service. The cost of returning a parcel to our UK warehouse must be covered by you.

How to Return your Items

  • Fill out the returns form included in your delivery
  • Find a carrier of your choice to return the parcel. The cost of return shipping is paid by you.
  • Use the original carrier where possible - If you can, return the item using the same courier (e.g. DHL, FedEx, UPS) that delivered it, as they can match it to the original import paperwork.
  • Complete customs forms correctly - On the CN22/CN23 or commercial invoice, clearly state: “UK GOODS RETURNING: DEFECTIVE / UNWANTED”
  • Declare the correct value - Use the original purchase value, and clearly indicate that the item is a return of merchandise
  • Include original tracking details - If possible, add the original import tracking or waybill number to help confirm the item was previously imported.
  • Keep proof of postage - Always retain your receipt and tracking number as proof of return in case of delay or loss.

The Uvex Perfexxion III Riding Helmet delivers high levels of protection in case of a fall, in a lightweight and stylish design. With a focus of safety and performance, this helmet features an extended shape down the back of the head for increased coverage, and a carefully shaped cut-out to allow room for the rider's hair when tied in a bun or ponytail.

Large air channels combined with a honeycomb structure guarantee optimum climate management. By extending existing vents and adding an additional air channel, airflow is significantly improved compared to the previous styles. This, plus removable, washable pads, help to deliver high levels of comfort and freshness throughout wear.

To the back of the Perfexxion Riding Helmet is a 3D IAS system. This feature, with its easy-to-use dial, allows you to easily adjust the width and the height of the fastening to suit a range of head shapes. The dial is ergonomically designed to allow for precise adjustment, meaning you can use it without the need to take your gloves off.

Another stand-out feature of this Uvex Helmet is the monomatic fastening on the faux harness. The anatomically shaped sliding tab fastener is button operated, so can be easily secured with one hand. It also enables you to achieve the perfect fit.
