How to return an item

If something isn’t quite right, you can return your items within 28 days of receiving your order.

Accepted Returns

  • Returned goods must be in the same condition in which they were received, including all original packaging, which must be intact and suitable for resale.
  • All original tags must be attached
  • Return must be made within 28 days of receipt

Packaging Your Return

Items should be securely packaged for return. Please do not apply tape, labels, or glue directly to the product or its original packaging (such as boot boxes or rug bags), as this can cause damage and may affect your refund. Items MUST be in new condition, clean and dry.

We do not offer a free returns service. The cost of returning a parcel to our UK warehouse must be covered by you.

How to Return your Items

  • Fill out the returns form included in your delivery
  • Find a carrier of your choice to return the parcel. The cost of return shipping is paid by you.
  • Use the original carrier where possible - If you can, return the item using the same courier (e.g. DHL, FedEx, UPS) that delivered it, as they can match it to the original import paperwork.
  • Complete customs forms correctly - On the CN22/CN23 or commercial invoice, clearly state: “UK GOODS RETURNING: DEFECTIVE / UNWANTED”
  • Declare the correct value - Use the original purchase value, and clearly indicate that the item is a return of merchandise
  • Include original tracking details - If possible, add the original import tracking or waybill number to help confirm the item was previously imported.
  • Keep proof of postage - Always retain your receipt and tracking number as proof of return in case of delay or loss.

The Mountain Horse Protect Unisex Waterproof Coveralls are a must-have for those who refuse to be beaten by the winter weather. Great for wearing around the barn, in the saddle, or when playing in the snow, these coveralls offer exceptional comfort throughout wear.

Waterproof and windproof, with fully taped seams, these coveralls offer superb protection against the elements. Thick padding helps to increase heat retention, while the detachable, adjustable hood provides even more coverage when required.

Extremely functional, there are long zippers up the sides for ease of on and off, and a durable YKK front zip®. There are also an array of pockets for your valuables and elasticized straps at the bottom of the legs which can be removed or adjusted to suit your needs.

The Protect Coveralls have been crafted to ensure maximum comfort throughout wear. They have pre-curved sleeves and pre-bent knees to fit your shape and an elasticized waist for a tailored fit. Finishing details include a full seat with a grip fabric for stability when in the saddle, plus reflective tape carefully placed for increased visibility to others.
