How to return an item

If something isn’t quite right, you can return your items within 28 days of receiving your order.

Accepted Returns

  • Returned goods must be in the same condition in which they were received, including all original packaging, which must be intact and suitable for resale.
  • All original tags must be attached
  • Return must be made within 28 days of receipt

Packaging Your Return

Items should be securely packaged for return. Please do not apply tape, labels, or glue directly to the product or its original packaging (such as boot boxes or rug bags), as this can cause damage and may affect your refund. Items MUST be in new condition, clean and dry.

We do not offer a free returns service. The cost of returning a parcel to our UK warehouse must be covered by you.

How to Return your Items

  • Fill out the returns form included in your delivery
  • Find a carrier of your choice to return the parcel. The cost of return shipping is paid by you.
  • Use the original carrier where possible - If you can, return the item using the same courier (e.g. DHL, FedEx, UPS) that delivered it, as they can match it to the original import paperwork.
  • Complete customs forms correctly - On the CN22/CN23 or commercial invoice, clearly state: “UK GOODS RETURNING: DEFECTIVE / UNWANTED”
  • Declare the correct value - Use the original purchase value, and clearly indicate that the item is a return of merchandise
  • Include original tracking details - If possible, add the original import tracking or waybill number to help confirm the item was previously imported.
  • Keep proof of postage - Always retain your receipt and tracking number as proof of return in case of delay or loss.

The Stierna Storm Short Rain Pants are high performing pair of waterproof pants that have been engineered to keep you dry and comfortable all year round, even when wet weather is forecast. Perfect for schooling sessions, busy riders, or for wearing just before heading into the show ring, they are designed to sit just below the knee with a silicone band inside the hem to keep them in place.

EquTex™ fabrics are based on membrane technology, allowing the outer fabric to be waterproof (20,000mm) while maintaining high levels of breathability (20,000 g/m2/24h). The shell material also has an eco-friendly fluorocarbon-free DWR-treatment and all the seams inside the pants are tape sealed, for extra moisture protection.

Lightweight, these waterproof pants are ideal for layering over your breeches or riding tights, and can be worn both in and out of the saddle. Across the seat is a silicone grip for stability when riding, and down the outside of each leg are carefully placed full-length YKK zippers for easy on-off.

Additional equestrian-inspired features of the Storm Short Rain Pants also include pre-shaped knees and ergonomically cut seams to enhance freedom of movement, plus an adjustable waist with Velcro fastenings so you can achieve the perfect fit.
