With Pre-Order, you can purchase the latest items added to our store in advance of them arriving with us.
Your Pre-Order is prioritized (at no additional charge); meaning that as soon as the product arrives with us, we can wrap it straight back up; ready for collection via Click & Collect or dispatch to you — it often never even hits the stock room shelves!
With Prelaunch, the date when we expect to receive the product ourselves is still a little too hazy to be confident in accepting Preorders.
So, instead, you can submit your email address for the item you are interested in, and we will email you as soon as stock arrives in the system.
Estimated Delivery & Collection Dates are given on Pre-Order and Pre-Launch products. They are for indicative purposes only and can change at any time without notice.
The dates we provide are based on information given by our suppliers. Whenever we get updated information from our suppliers we will endeavor to update the Estimated Delivery & Collection Dates provided on product pages.
Hassle free returns
If something isn’t quite right, you can return your items within 28 days of receiving your order.
Items should be securely packaged for return. Please do not apply tape, labels, or glue directly to the product or its original packaging (such as boot boxes or rug bags), as this can cause damage and may affect your refund. Items MUST be in new condition, clean and dry.
We do not offer a free returns service. The cost of returning a parcel to our UK warehouse must be covered by you.

The Ariat Devon Tall Riding Boots are an exceptionally high-performing, elegant design that will take you from training at home to the show ring with confidence, comfort, and style. Crafted from quality leather sourced from Leather Working Group-certified tanneries, these boots feature a traditional appearance with a Spanish cut topline and oiled leather inner calf panel.
How to Determine Your Size:1. Sit in a straight chair with your knees bent at 90 degrees to the floor. Wear the breeches and socks that you would most likely wear with your tall boots.2. Determine foot size.3. To determine calf width: Measure the calf width at the widest part of the calf.4. To determine calf height: Measure leg height from the floor to the bend behind the knee. Add approximately ½"–¾" to allow for drop.Approximate drop allowance is built into the chart height measurements so make sure you add drop to your leg measurement.
