How to return an item

If something isn’t quite right, you can return your items within 28 days of receiving your order.

Accepted Returns

  • Returned goods must be in the same condition in which they were received, including all original packaging, which must be intact and suitable for resale.
  • All original tags must be attached
  • Return must be made within 28 days of receipt

Packaging Your Return

Items should be securely packaged for return. Please do not apply tape, labels, or glue directly to the product or its original packaging (such as boot boxes or rug bags), as this can cause damage and may affect your refund. Items MUST be in new condition, clean and dry.

We do not offer a free returns service. The cost of returning a parcel to our UK warehouse must be covered by you.

How to Return your Items

  • Fill out the returns form included in your delivery
  • Find a carrier of your choice to return the parcel. The cost of return shipping is paid by you.
  • Use the original carrier where possible - If you can, return the item using the same courier (e.g. DHL, FedEx, UPS) that delivered it, as they can match it to the original import paperwork.
  • Complete customs forms correctly - On the CN22/CN23 or commercial invoice, clearly state: “UK GOODS RETURNING: DEFECTIVE / UNWANTED”
  • Declare the correct value - Use the original purchase value, and clearly indicate that the item is a return of merchandise
  • Include original tracking details - If possible, add the original import tracking or waybill number to help confirm the item was previously imported.
  • Keep proof of postage - Always retain your receipt and tracking number as proof of return in case of delay or loss.

The DeNiro S3602 Laced Tall Riding Boots are an exquisite design, handmade in Italy from the finest leathers and boasting an array of high performance features.

Crafted with exceptional attention to detail, these riding boots are engineered from high quality calfskin WRAT leather. The WRAT system is the innovative and exclusive treatment all DeNiro's leathers are processed with in order to make them waterproof, breathable and crack resistant. This system creates a protective barrier thanks to the hydrophobic material that bind to the leather fibres during tanning.

All DeNiro's leathers subjected to this advanced treatment, including the midsole layer, do not allow water to penetrate from the outside and, at the same time, allow moisture to escape thanks to the carefully placed micro-holes. The result is a comfortable and hygienically dry environment for your feet.

Inside the boots is a full natural calfskin leather lining, while to the back is a YKK® 9mm zip with upper and lower zip guards for additional security. The zip is set next to an elastic panel that allows for flexibility throughout wear.

These elegant boots also boast a full leather sole with durable anti-slip Vibram® outsole and double stitching construction, plus removable insoles with activated carbon for high levels of shock absorption and comfort. The heel of the Vibram® sole is fully water resistant.

Sizing Information
How To Measure for DeNiro Boots:
1. Choose your foot size. This is the size you usually wear in most footwear.

2. You then need to establish your calf and leg measurements in centimetres. The measurements should be taken wearing the riding legwear and socks that you normally wear.

3. Firstly, measure for the height. Essentially you are measuring the distance from the bottom of your heel to the crease in the back of your knee. Be sure that you are barefoot or in socks. This measurement should be taken from the back, and not from the front or sides.

4. Now, in a standing position with the legs straight and slightly parted, measure the circumference of the widest part of your calves. If both of your calves have different measurements, use the larger measurement of the two.

5. Take a look at our DeNiro size guide HERE (all measurements are shown in CM), and match up your measurements to the corresponding size. Start by selecting your EU foot size, then choose the block below that is most suited to your 'height' measurement (e.g. Short, Short Medium). These height measurements are abbreviated by DeNiro as follows:
Extra Short = XC
Short = C
Short Medium = MC
Tall Medium = MA
Tall = A

Then, within this block, choose the height and calf sizes that correspond to your measurements. DeNiro calf measurements equate to sizes from XXXS up to XXL.

6. The above will create your 'DeNiro Size,' such as EU39 (MC M).
