How to return an item

If something isn’t quite right, you can return your items within 28 days of receiving your order.

Accepted Returns

  • Returned goods must be in the same condition in which they were received, including all original packaging, which must be intact and suitable for resale.
  • All original tags must be attached
  • Return must be made within 28 days of receipt

Packaging Your Return

Items should be securely packaged for return. Please do not apply tape, labels, or glue directly to the product or its original packaging (such as boot boxes or rug bags), as this can cause damage and may affect your refund. Items MUST be in new condition, clean and dry.

We do not offer a free returns service. The cost of returning a parcel to our UK warehouse must be covered by you.

How to Return your Items

  • Fill out the returns form included in your delivery
  • Find a carrier of your choice to return the parcel. The cost of return shipping is paid by you.
  • Use the original carrier where possible - If you can, return the item using the same courier (e.g. DHL, FedEx, UPS) that delivered it, as they can match it to the original import paperwork.
  • Complete customs forms correctly - On the CN22/CN23 or commercial invoice, clearly state: “UK GOODS RETURNING: DEFECTIVE / UNWANTED”
  • Declare the correct value - Use the original purchase value, and clearly indicate that the item is a return of merchandise
  • Include original tracking details - If possible, add the original import tracking or waybill number to help confirm the item was previously imported.
  • Keep proof of postage - Always retain your receipt and tracking number as proof of return in case of delay or loss.

These boots feature a durable YKK zip, a neoprene-cushioned cover for comfort behind the knee, and a breathable high-grade leather lining to ensure all-day performance for riders.

Care Instructions

  • Putting boots on: Gently pull zippers down the heel as far as possible. Sit down, use a shoehorn and gently pull them on. Remaining seated with feet at 90°, pull zippers as high as possible. Stand up to pull zippers to the top and secure.
  • Taking boots off: Gently pull the zipper down to the heel as far as possible and use a boot jack to take your foot out carefully. Never stand on the bottom of the zippers, or brace against them with your foot.
  • Cleaning and maintenance: After every wear, dry naturally and always use boot trees to maintain shape. For a deep clean, remove the laces if needed. Remove dirt with a soft brush. Use a quality leather cleaner and apply premium leather balm. Buff with a soft cloth.
