How to return an item

If something isn’t quite right, you can return your items within 28 days of receiving your order.

Accepted Returns

  • Returned goods must be in the same condition in which they were received, including all original packaging, which must be intact and suitable for resale.
  • All original tags must be attached
  • Return must be made within 28 days of receipt

Packaging Your Return

Items should be securely packaged for return. Please do not apply tape, labels, or glue directly to the product or its original packaging (such as boot boxes or rug bags), as this can cause damage and may affect your refund. Items MUST be in new condition, clean and dry.

We do not offer a free returns service. The cost of returning a parcel to our UK warehouse must be covered by you.

How to Return your Items

  • Fill out the returns form included in your delivery
  • Find a carrier of your choice to return the parcel. The cost of return shipping is paid by you.
  • Use the original carrier where possible - If you can, return the item using the same courier (e.g. DHL, FedEx, UPS) that delivered it, as they can match it to the original import paperwork.
  • Complete customs forms correctly - On the CN22/CN23 or commercial invoice, clearly state: “UK GOODS RETURNING: DEFECTIVE / UNWANTED”
  • Declare the correct value - Use the original purchase value, and clearly indicate that the item is a return of merchandise
  • Include original tracking details - If possible, add the original import tracking or waybill number to help confirm the item was previously imported.
  • Keep proof of postage - Always retain your receipt and tracking number as proof of return in case of delay or loss.

The Ariat Terrain Zip Women's Country Boots are great for any activity; they are stylish and comfortable for casual and leisurewear, but robust and hardwearing, making them suitable for all types of riding activities.

Perfect for riders who won’t let the weather hamper their riding adventures. This waterproof shoe is made with an oiled full-grain leather upper, padded upper collar, and antiqued brass zip for ease of wear.

The waterproof membrane construction outside and moisture-wicking lining inside keep moisture out and feet warm and dry. They also feature reflective piping detail to add visibility in low-light conditions.

ATS® footbed technology combined with an EVA midsole and Duratread™ outsole gives the Terrain Zip H2O superior comfort and enduring stability for long-distance riding.

The combination PU and EVA footbed provides support and cushions the foot, while the patented forked shank offers torsional stability. Whether in the saddle or on the ground, ATS® technology will dramatically reduce fatigue and stress in the feet, lower legs and back for all day comfort for performance you can depend on.

Composite fiber is lightweight; does not conduct heat, cold or electricity; offers superior support over steel and other shank material
Precision-molded forked-shape design maintains balance and proper body alignment, reducing skeletal and muscular fatigue and injury. The mid-foot support prevents metatarsal stress. Torsional stability reduces foot fatigue, and the forked shape allows natural forefoot flex.
