How to return an item

If something isn’t quite right, you can return your items within 28 days of receiving your order.

Accepted Returns

  • Returned goods must be in the same condition in which they were received, including all original packaging, which must be intact and suitable for resale.
  • All original tags must be attached
  • Return must be made within 28 days of receipt

Packaging Your Return

Items should be securely packaged for return. Please do not apply tape, labels, or glue directly to the product or its original packaging (such as boot boxes or rug bags), as this can cause damage and may affect your refund. Items MUST be in new condition, clean and dry.

We do not offer a free returns service. The cost of returning a parcel to our UK warehouse must be covered by you.

How to Return your Items

  • Fill out the returns form included in your delivery
  • Find a carrier of your choice to return the parcel. The cost of return shipping is paid by you.
  • Use the original carrier where possible - If you can, return the item using the same courier (e.g. DHL, FedEx, UPS) that delivered it, as they can match it to the original import paperwork.
  • Complete customs forms correctly - On the CN22/CN23 or commercial invoice, clearly state: “UK GOODS RETURNING: DEFECTIVE / UNWANTED”
  • Declare the correct value - Use the original purchase value, and clearly indicate that the item is a return of merchandise
  • Include original tracking details - If possible, add the original import tracking or waybill number to help confirm the item was previously imported.
  • Keep proof of postage - Always retain your receipt and tracking number as proof of return in case of delay or loss.

The Le Chameau Chasseur Womens Neoprene Boots are a pinnacle of craftsmanship and comfort. Handcrafted by a Le Chameau master bootmaker, these iconic boots feature a 3mm neoprene lining for superior insulation, ensuring warmth in cold weather.

The full-length side zip with a waterproof Riri AQUAzip and a rubber strap provides ease of wear and a secure fit, while the reinforced front with aramid fibers offers added protection against abrasion. Available in eight calf fittings, they deliver an almost bespoke fit for maximum comfort.

Designed for durability and performance, the boots are made from exclusive Chamolux rubber, known for its supple and flexible properties. The all-terrain outsole is dual-density and shock-absorbing, providing excellent grip and arch support, with a shank reinforcement board for enhanced stability.

The insulating neoprene lining is complemented by a leather insole, though it's important to note that neoprene is not breathable and may cause perspiration in warm conditions. Each pair is rigorously tested to ensure 100% waterproof protection, making them a reliable choice for any outdoor enthusiast.

Care:

Rubber Boot Care:

  • Clean your boots with nothing more than water and a brush.
  • Let the boots air dry.
  • Use a silicone spray and polish using a soft, dry cloth.
  • Keep your boots in a dry and ventilated place, away from direct sunlight and away from any heat source.
  • If the boots get wet, please dry the lining thoroughly before using them again. Crumpled newspaper will help.
  • If storing your boots for a long period, clean them thoroughly and store away from direct sunlight in a cool, dry place.


Leather Boot Care:

  • Use a brush to remove any loose dirt, only use a stiff brush on the soles as this can scratch and damage the leather.
  • Further clean with a damp rag using a dedicated leather cleaner if you have one.
  • Make sure you allow your leather boots to fully air dry.
  • Apply a boot oil, leather conditioner or weather sealant so no moisture is locked in.
  • If storing your boots for a long period, clean them thoroughly and store away from direct sunlight in a cool, dry place.
