How to return an item

If something isn’t quite right, you can return your items within 28 days of receiving your order.

Accepted Returns

  • Returned goods must be in the same condition in which they were received, including all original packaging, which must be intact and suitable for resale.
  • All original tags must be attached
  • Return must be made within 28 days of receipt

Packaging Your Return

Items should be securely packaged for return. Please do not apply tape, labels, or glue directly to the product or its original packaging (such as boot boxes or rug bags), as this can cause damage and may affect your refund. Items MUST be in new condition, clean and dry.

We do not offer a free returns service. The cost of returning a parcel to our UK warehouse must be covered by you.

How to Return your Items

  • Fill out the returns form included in your delivery
  • Find a carrier of your choice to return the parcel. The cost of return shipping is paid by you.
  • Use the original carrier where possible - If you can, return the item using the same courier (e.g. DHL, FedEx, UPS) that delivered it, as they can match it to the original import paperwork.
  • Complete customs forms correctly - On the CN22/CN23 or commercial invoice, clearly state: “UK GOODS RETURNING: DEFECTIVE / UNWANTED”
  • Declare the correct value - Use the original purchase value, and clearly indicate that the item is a return of merchandise
  • Include original tracking details - If possible, add the original import tracking or waybill number to help confirm the item was previously imported.
  • Keep proof of postage - Always retain your receipt and tracking number as proof of return in case of delay or loss.

The Muck Boot Chore Mid Classic Boots are a very popular boot from the Muck Boot range. They provide dry and comfortable wear and is built to handle the toughest jobs. 

A stretch-fit topline binding snugs the calf to keep warmth in and cold out. This also works to prevent debris such as hay, straw and dust from entering the boot.

The 5mm Neoprene CR Flex-Foam with four-way stretch nylon is 100% waterproof, lightweight and flexible while the durable, lightweight rubber outsole is hard wearing and long lasting. The upper is triple reinforced in the toe area and quadruple reinforced in the heel area making this boot great for working with large animals and machinery.

Finished with a steel shank for additional arch support and quick-clean rubber overlay.
