With Pre-Order, you can purchase the latest items added to our store in advance of them arriving with us.
Your Pre-Order is prioritized (at no additional charge); meaning that as soon as the product arrives with us, we can wrap it straight back up; ready for collection via Click & Collect or dispatch to you — it often never even hits the stock room shelves!
With Prelaunch, the date when we expect to receive the product ourselves is still a little too hazy to be confident in accepting Preorders.
So, instead, you can submit your email address for the item you are interested in, and we will email you as soon as stock arrives in the system.
Estimated Delivery & Collection Dates are given on Pre-Order and Pre-Launch products. They are for indicative purposes only and can change at any time without notice.
The dates we provide are based on information given by our suppliers. Whenever we get updated information from our suppliers we will endeavor to update the Estimated Delivery & Collection Dates provided on product pages.
Hassle free returns
If something isn’t quite right, you can return your items within 28 days of receiving your order.
Items should be securely packaged for return. Please do not apply tape, labels, or glue directly to the product or its original packaging (such as boot boxes or rug bags), as this can cause damage and may affect your refund. Items MUST be in new condition, clean and dry.
We do not offer a free returns service. The cost of returning a parcel to our UK warehouse must be covered by you.

Our Redpost Equestrian Gift Cards can be purchased & redeemed both online & in store.
Online - When you purchase a Gift Card on our website it will be emailed to you within 24 hours. You can then choose to print the card or forward the email to the lucky recipient. Our Cards can be purchased in £10, £20 or £50 denominations online. You can amend the quantity of these in the cart to order a greater value. We can only email 1 card per order. So the total of all gift cards in your cart will be sent as a single card (i.e. 4 x £20 cards will be sent as a single £80 card). If you wish to be sent multiple cards then you will need to place separate orders for each one.
In Store - Our Cards can be purchased in any value and a physical card will be presented to you at the register.
Our cards expire after 1 years without use.You cannot use discount codes against Gift Cards. Any discount code used on Gift Cards will result in the Gift Card being sent to you at that value.
Please Note: When ordering online if the Gift Card is the only item in your order please select the "Email Gift Card" shipping option. If you are ordering other items please select the shipping method you require as normal for the items and your gift card will be emailed to you.
