How to return an item

If something isn’t quite right, you can return your items within 28 days of receiving your order.

Accepted Returns

  • Returned goods must be in the same condition in which they were received, including all original packaging, which must be intact and suitable for resale.
  • All original tags must be attached
  • Return must be made within 28 days of receipt

Packaging Your Return

Items should be securely packaged for return. Please do not apply tape, labels, or glue directly to the product or its original packaging (such as boot boxes or rug bags), as this can cause damage and may affect your refund. Items MUST be in new condition, clean and dry.

We do not offer a free returns service. The cost of returning a parcel to our UK warehouse must be covered by you.

How to Return your Items

  • Fill out the returns form included in your delivery
  • Find a carrier of your choice to return the parcel. The cost of return shipping is paid by you.
  • Use the original carrier where possible - If you can, return the item using the same courier (e.g. DHL, FedEx, UPS) that delivered it, as they can match it to the original import paperwork.
  • Complete customs forms correctly - On the CN22/CN23 or commercial invoice, clearly state: “UK GOODS RETURNING: DEFECTIVE / UNWANTED”
  • Declare the correct value - Use the original purchase value, and clearly indicate that the item is a return of merchandise
  • Include original tracking details - If possible, add the original import tracking or waybill number to help confirm the item was previously imported.
  • Keep proof of postage - Always retain your receipt and tracking number as proof of return in case of delay or loss.

The LeMieux Mini Toy Donkey herd is a superb collection based on the Mini Toy Pony Range that not only makes great new friends but also helps to teach budding equestrians about horse care.

Jiggety-jig hee-haw,! Daphne has distinctive donkey features including long ears and a soft, brushable coat. Similar in size to a LeMieux Toy Pony, the entire collection of Toy Pony tack and accessories will fit Daphne (Including the Mini Grooming Kit (available separately HERE), all except for the Fly Veils - her donkey ears are too long to fit! She stands securely on all four legs and is flexible, making her safe for both children (3 years +) and adults alike. She comes in a posh horse box that, when turned inside out, becomes a cozy stable to live in, and she also has her own passport.
