How to return an item

If something isn’t quite right, you can return your items within 28 days of receiving your order.

Accepted Returns

  • Returned goods must be in the same condition in which they were received, including all original packaging, which must be intact and suitable for resale.
  • All original tags must be attached
  • Return must be made within 28 days of receipt

Packaging Your Return

Items should be securely packaged for return. Please do not apply tape, labels, or glue directly to the product or its original packaging (such as boot boxes or rug bags), as this can cause damage and may affect your refund. Items MUST be in new condition, clean and dry.

We do not offer a free returns service. The cost of returning a parcel to our UK warehouse must be covered by you.

How to Return your Items

  • Fill out the returns form included in your delivery
  • Find a carrier of your choice to return the parcel. The cost of return shipping is paid by you.
  • Use the original carrier where possible - If you can, return the item using the same courier (e.g. DHL, FedEx, UPS) that delivered it, as they can match it to the original import paperwork.
  • Complete customs forms correctly - On the CN22/CN23 or commercial invoice, clearly state: “UK GOODS RETURNING: DEFECTIVE / UNWANTED”
  • Declare the correct value - Use the original purchase value, and clearly indicate that the item is a return of merchandise
  • Include original tracking details - If possible, add the original import tracking or waybill number to help confirm the item was previously imported.
  • Keep proof of postage - Always retain your receipt and tracking number as proof of return in case of delay or loss.

The Redpost Wooden Hobby Horse Jump is the perfect way to add fun and excitement to any hobby horse ride! See how high you can jump, or add in to part of your show jumping course to really test your skill.

Made in Devon and suitable for both in- and outdoor use, this high quality jump features sturdy wooden jump wings with plastic jump cups. The brightly colored plastic poles with their smart Redpost branding are super lightweight, so even little hobby horsers can get involved.

The fixed jump cups securely hold the pole at six different heights - 20cm, 30cm, 40cm, 50cm, 60cm, and 70cm - so you can start low and work your way up as you build confidence and skill. Simply rest the pole in the cups at your chosen height and get ready to ride!

Consisting of two jump wings and three poles this Hobby Horse Jump requires no assembly, so little riders can gallop into action straight out of the box.

Whether you're practicing for a hobby horse competition or just having fun in the backyard with friends, the Redpost Hobby Horse Jump is a must-have for avid equestrian.
