How to return an item

If something isn’t quite right, you can return your items within 28 days of receiving your order.

Accepted Returns

  • Returned goods must be in the same condition in which they were received, including all original packaging, which must be intact and suitable for resale.
  • All original tags must be attached
  • Return must be made within 28 days of receipt

Packaging Your Return

Items should be securely packaged for return. Please do not apply tape, labels, or glue directly to the product or its original packaging (such as boot boxes or rug bags), as this can cause damage and may affect your refund. Items MUST be in new condition, clean and dry.

We do not offer a free returns service. The cost of returning a parcel to our UK warehouse must be covered by you.

How to Return your Items

  • Fill out the returns form included in your delivery
  • Find a carrier of your choice to return the parcel. The cost of return shipping is paid by you.
  • Use the original carrier where possible - If you can, return the item using the same courier (e.g. DHL, FedEx, UPS) that delivered it, as they can match it to the original import paperwork.
  • Complete customs forms correctly - On the CN22/CN23 or commercial invoice, clearly state: “UK GOODS RETURNING: DEFECTIVE / UNWANTED”
  • Declare the correct value - Use the original purchase value, and clearly indicate that the item is a return of merchandise
  • Include original tracking details - If possible, add the original import tracking or waybill number to help confirm the item was previously imported.
  • Keep proof of postage - Always retain your receipt and tracking number as proof of return in case of delay or loss.

The Catago FIR-Tech Elastic Bandages are a superb choice for use during exercise, offering support and protection for your horse's legs. These bandages are half soft fleece, which sits against your horse's leg, and the other half is a durable elastic that goes around the outer and fastened with Velcro straps to keep it secure, while still remaining flexible for freedom of movement.

These bandages are part of Catago's FIR-Tech healing range, which is a therapeutic range designed to increase wellness and recovery, help prevent injuries, relieve tense muscles and sore joints, as well as help with the treatment of horses with joint or tendon problems, or for older horses. The lining material is woven with ceramic particles and Synthermax fiberfill which gives the FIR-Tech products their advanced conditioned double-acting effect.

The ceramic material converts and reflects the horse's body heat as the electromagnetic infrared heat radiation penetrates the tissue and widens the blood vessels. FIR-Tech heat radiation means increased blood circulation and supply of oxygen to the tissue, thereby reducing tension, aches and inflammation, while the tendon and joint functions are improved in the areas where the FIR-Tech healing product is used.

FIR-Tech healing products, such as these bandages, can be used and washed repeatedly without losing the effect of the material.
