How to return an item

If something isn’t quite right, you can return your items within 28 days of receiving your order.

Accepted Returns

  • Returned goods must be in the same condition in which they were received, including all original packaging, which must be intact and suitable for resale.
  • All original tags must be attached
  • Return must be made within 28 days of receipt

Packaging Your Return

Items should be securely packaged for return. Please do not apply tape, labels, or glue directly to the product or its original packaging (such as boot boxes or rug bags), as this can cause damage and may affect your refund. Items MUST be in new condition, clean and dry.

We do not offer a free returns service. The cost of returning a parcel to our UK warehouse must be covered by you.

How to Return your Items

  • Fill out the returns form included in your delivery
  • Find a carrier of your choice to return the parcel. The cost of return shipping is paid by you.
  • Use the original carrier where possible - If you can, return the item using the same courier (e.g. DHL, FedEx, UPS) that delivered it, as they can match it to the original import paperwork.
  • Complete customs forms correctly - On the CN22/CN23 or commercial invoice, clearly state: “UK GOODS RETURNING: DEFECTIVE / UNWANTED”
  • Declare the correct value - Use the original purchase value, and clearly indicate that the item is a return of merchandise
  • Include original tracking details - If possible, add the original import tracking or waybill number to help confirm the item was previously imported.
  • Keep proof of postage - Always retain your receipt and tracking number as proof of return in case of delay or loss.

The LeMieux Ultra Mesh Snug Hind Boots are breathable boots that are ideal for use in a variety of disciplines from hacking, schooling, or even if you feel like popping the occasional jump. They also have the added benefit of being suitable to use on both front and hind legs, as the hind pair come with a wider inner lining, meaning they are able to fit a wider range of horses.

Created using a 3D, multi-layer micro-mesh. These boots are designed to have a high compression factor, which offers shock absorption, reducing the impact on your horse's legs. The added 12 vents down the back of the tendon and another 6 over the fetlocks along with cotton lining and lycra binding, helps to offer efficient circulation of air and allows the dissipation of heat while being worked, as well as helping to wick away any sweat build up, reducing the risk of friction.

The ideal all-around boots, the Ultra Mesh Snug Boots come with quick-release end caps, which allow for easy positioning, while the elasticized fastenings allow for a more secure fit, giving your horse more stability and meaning you won't have to worry about the boot moving while riding.
