Our Returns Policy

How to return an item

If something isn’t quite right, you can return your items within 28 days of receiving your order.

Accepted Returns

  • Returned goods must be in the same condition in which they were received, including all original packaging, which must be intact and suitable for resale.
  • All original tags must be attached
  • Return must be made within 28 days of receipt

Packaging Your Return

Items should be securely packaged for return. Please do not apply tape, labels, or glue directly to the product or its original packaging (such as boot boxes or rug bags), as this can cause damage and may affect your refund. Items MUST be in new condition, clean and dry.

We do not offer a free returns service. The cost of returning a parcel to our UK warehouse must be covered by you.

How to Return your Items

  • Fill out the returns form included in your delivery
  • Find a carrier of your choice to return the parcel. The cost of return shipping is paid by you.
  • Use the original carrier where possible - If you can, return the item using the same courier (e.g. DHL, FedEx, UPS) that delivered it, as they can match it to the original import paperwork.
  • Complete customs forms correctly - On the CN22/CN23 or commercial invoice, clearly state: “UK GOODS RETURNING: DEFECTIVE / UNWANTED”
  • Declare the correct value - Use the original purchase value, and clearly indicate that the item is a return of merchandise
  • Include original tracking details - If possible, add the original import tracking or waybill number to help confirm the item was previously imported.
  • Keep proof of postage - Always retain your receipt and tracking number as proof of return in case of delay or loss.

The Veredus Pro Save The Sheep Pastern Wraps are a superb design that aim to protect the horse's pastern from injuries that regular horse boots do not cover.

Suitable for everyday use, they provide a defense against knocks in the pastern area and have been crafted from a flexible and comfortable neoprene. This makes them extremely lightweight and easy to use.

The innovative Techno Sheepskin lining is a superb man-made fabric, which is free from any animal derivatives, making it cruelty free. Techno Sheepskin has numerous benefits making it the perfect lining for these Veredus boots!

It can be washed easily and dries quickly, and it offers a more comfortable and cozier fit to your horse’s legs than natural lambskin. Any sand that becomes trapped in the soft, wide knit of the Techno Sheepskin easily comes out, therefore minimizing the risk of abrasions and rubs.

The Techno Sheepskin is super soft and feel luxurious, so you can guarantee that your horse will be comfortable throughout performance!

Finished with smart Veredus branding and a secure Velcro closure to prevent the Pro Wraps from slipping.
