How to return an item

If something isn’t quite right, you can return your items within 28 days of receiving your order.

Accepted Returns

  • Returned goods must be in the same condition in which they were received, including all original packaging, which must be intact and suitable for resale.
  • All original tags must be attached
  • Return must be made within 28 days of receipt

Packaging Your Return

Items should be securely packaged for return. Please do not apply tape, labels, or glue directly to the product or its original packaging (such as boot boxes or rug bags), as this can cause damage and may affect your refund. Items MUST be in new condition, clean and dry.

We do not offer a free returns service. The cost of returning a parcel to our UK warehouse must be covered by you.

How to Return your Items

  • Fill out the returns form included in your delivery
  • Find a carrier of your choice to return the parcel. The cost of return shipping is paid by you.
  • Use the original carrier where possible - If you can, return the item using the same courier (e.g. DHL, FedEx, UPS) that delivered it, as they can match it to the original import paperwork.
  • Complete customs forms correctly - On the CN22/CN23 or commercial invoice, clearly state: “UK GOODS RETURNING: DEFECTIVE / UNWANTED”
  • Declare the correct value - Use the original purchase value, and clearly indicate that the item is a return of merchandise
  • Include original tracking details - If possible, add the original import tracking or waybill number to help confirm the item was previously imported.
  • Keep proof of postage - Always retain your receipt and tracking number as proof of return in case of delay or loss.

The LeMieux Mesh Brushing Boots are of superb quality and exceptionally smart, ideal for both schooling and competition. Featuring an updated strike guard with debossed LeMieux branding, these boots provide tough and durable protection to the inside of your horse's leg from brushing knocks and scrapes without adding unnecessary weight or bulk.

The lightweight design includes a perforated, breathable mesh lining, a protective-grained PU leather strike pad, and neat PU leather hook and loop tape straps. The 3D mesh outer ensures these boots are among the most breathable on the market, while the soft and smooth binding around the edges prevents rubbing. Suitable for use on both the front and hind legs, these boots combine functionality, comfort, and style.

Info & Care
  • LeMieux boots are easily machine washable at a low temperature (preferably 30 degrees)
  • A washing tablet/capsule can be used
  • Advised to wash in a wash bag
  • Ensure all hooks and loops are fastened together and clip straps are attached before washing
  • Air dry away from any heat source, never tumble dry
