With Pre-Order, you can purchase the latest items added to our store in advance of them arriving with us.
Your Pre-Order is prioritized (at no additional charge); meaning that as soon as the product arrives with us, we can wrap it straight back up; ready for collection via Click & Collect or dispatch to you — it often never even hits the stock room shelves!
With Prelaunch, the date when we expect to receive the product ourselves is still a little too hazy to be confident in accepting Preorders.
So, instead, you can submit your email address for the item you are interested in, and we will email you as soon as stock arrives in the system.
Estimated Delivery & Collection Dates are given on Pre-Order and Pre-Launch products. They are for indicative purposes only and can change at any time without notice.
The dates we provide are based on information given by our suppliers. Whenever we get updated information from our suppliers we will endeavor to update the Estimated Delivery & Collection Dates provided on product pages.
Hassle free returns
If something isn’t quite right, you can return your items within 28 days of receiving your order.
Items should be securely packaged for return. Please do not apply tape, labels, or glue directly to the product or its original packaging (such as boot boxes or rug bags), as this can cause damage and may affect your refund. Items MUST be in new condition, clean and dry.
We do not offer a free returns service. The cost of returning a parcel to our UK warehouse must be covered by you.

The Tubbease Hoof Sock is a revolutionary solution for a variety of equine hoof problems including laminitis and abscesses. The simple, breathable design can be used for soaking, or in conjunction with hoof dressings and poultices.
Designed in New Zealand, the hoof sock solves the problem many farriers face of poulticing hooves without 'stewing' them. The PVC-molded hoof sock 'breathes' while still protecting and soaking the damaged hoof, and can be quickly and easily applied without the need for dressings and tape.
Tubbease allows the use of a variety of remedies and can also be used over hoof wraps and dressings for additional protection and cleanliness in wet or muddy conditions.
Important: Tubbease Hoof Socks are not enduring boots. They are for short-term use in confirmed enclosures by restrained animals.
How to measure for Tubbease
Simply measure the widest part of your horse’s hoof sole and select one of the Tubbease sizes below. Tubbease can also be fitted over horseshoes.
Small (pink) 110mm

Extra Large (yellow) 175cm
