How to return an item

If something isn’t quite right, you can return your items within 28 days of receiving your order.

Accepted Returns

  • Returned goods must be in the same condition in which they were received, including all original packaging, which must be intact and suitable for resale.
  • All original tags must be attached
  • Return must be made within 28 days of receipt

Packaging Your Return

Items should be securely packaged for return. Please do not apply tape, labels, or glue directly to the product or its original packaging (such as boot boxes or rug bags), as this can cause damage and may affect your refund. Items MUST be in new condition, clean and dry.

We do not offer a free returns service. The cost of returning a parcel to our UK warehouse must be covered by you.

How to Return your Items

  • Fill out the returns form included in your delivery
  • Find a carrier of your choice to return the parcel. The cost of return shipping is paid by you.
  • Use the original carrier where possible - If you can, return the item using the same courier (e.g. DHL, FedEx, UPS) that delivered it, as they can match it to the original import paperwork.
  • Complete customs forms correctly - On the CN22/CN23 or commercial invoice, clearly state: “UK GOODS RETURNING: DEFECTIVE / UNWANTED”
  • Declare the correct value - Use the original purchase value, and clearly indicate that the item is a return of merchandise
  • Include original tracking details - If possible, add the original import tracking or waybill number to help confirm the item was previously imported.
  • Keep proof of postage - Always retain your receipt and tracking number as proof of return in case of delay or loss.

The Horseware Ice-Vibe® Integrated 4 Motor Panel is sold individually and created to work with our innovative collection of Ice-Vibe® therapy boots. A single integrated vibration panel and battery with a light indicator button allow you to remove, recharge and choose the massage setting you desire.

The Ice-Vibe® Integrated 4 Motor Panel offers three settings:

Setting 1 is your entry-level setting. The light on your panel will be green. This is the lowest setting and will automatically turn off after 10 minutes. To use setting 2, press the on/off button twice. The light on your panel will turn orange.

Setting 2 is a stronger setting and the main setting for use before exercise (without cold packs) and after exercise (with cold packs) and will automatically turn off after 20 minutes. To use setting 3, press the on/off button three times. The light on your panel will turn red.

Setting 3 is the strongest setting, designed for bigger-boned horses and will automatically turn off after 20 minutes.
  • Setting 1 - 10 mins low frequency
  • Setting 2 - 10 mins low frequency, 10 mins high frequency (20 mins total)
  • Setting 3 - 20 mins high frequency

*The USB-C charging port is sold SEPARATELY and may be incompatible with previous chargers that accompanied Ice-Vibe® boots. If you require a new panel for your Ice-Vibe® boots, you will need to upgrade your charger kit to USB-C.

Technical Information
  • Panels: wipe with a damp cloth only – ensuring to avoid the charging port and buttons.
  • Ice-Vibe Batteries to be charged for 4 hours.
  • Do not leave any batteries uncharged for longer than 6 weeks.
  • Do not use on horse until after they have been washed down and scraped. This will reduce the chance of any water getting into the charge ports.
  • Panels and batteries need to be disposed of in a recycling facility.

*The USB-C charging port is sold SEPARATELY and may be incompatible with previous chargers that accompanied Ice-Vibe® boots. If you require a new panel for your Ice-Vibe® boots, you will need to upgrade your charger kit to USB-C.
