How to return an item

If something isn’t quite right, you can return your items within 28 days of receiving your order.

Accepted Returns

  • Returned goods must be in the same condition in which they were received, including all original packaging, which must be intact and suitable for resale.
  • All original tags must be attached
  • Return must be made within 28 days of receipt

Packaging Your Return

Items should be securely packaged for return. Please do not apply tape, labels, or glue directly to the product or its original packaging (such as boot boxes or rug bags), as this can cause damage and may affect your refund. Items MUST be in new condition, clean and dry.

We do not offer a free returns service. The cost of returning a parcel to our UK warehouse must be covered by you.

How to Return your Items

  • Fill out the returns form included in your delivery
  • Find a carrier of your choice to return the parcel. The cost of return shipping is paid by you.
  • Use the original carrier where possible - If you can, return the item using the same courier (e.g. DHL, FedEx, UPS) that delivered it, as they can match it to the original import paperwork.
  • Complete customs forms correctly - On the CN22/CN23 or commercial invoice, clearly state: “UK GOODS RETURNING: DEFECTIVE / UNWANTED”
  • Declare the correct value - Use the original purchase value, and clearly indicate that the item is a return of merchandise
  • Include original tracking details - If possible, add the original import tracking or waybill number to help confirm the item was previously imported.
  • Keep proof of postage - Always retain your receipt and tracking number as proof of return in case of delay or loss.

Incrediwear products are designed to increase circulation, reduce inflammation, relieve pain, and accelerate recovery.

The Incrediwear Equine Circulation Hoof Socks are designed to aid healing and recovery, prevent stiffness and swelling. Slip on after exercise or use in the stable to reduce inflammation for recovery and prevention of injury. The socks can be used dry in the stable for up to 24 hours, or used wet for up to an hour for a cold therapy, ‘icing’ effect.

The stretch fabric is easy to apply, even to larger horses. Sold as a pair.

How to use
  • To use wet, simply soak the socks and wring out excess water. Cold therapy effectiveness will remain for 45 minutes to an hour. For maximum effectiveness, place in hot water for two minutes, wring out any excess, and allow hoof socks to cool down before applying.
  • For longer periods, the socks can be used dry in the stable overnight or for up to 24 hours.

Incrediwear suggests that the following conditions are amenable to treatment with Incrediwear Equine Circulation Hoof Socks:

  • Laminitis
  • Navicular
  • Deep Digital Flexor Tendon (DDFT) Lesions
  • Pastern Injuries
  • Hoof Problems
  • Lymphatic Issues

Important Considerations for Using Incrediwear Equine Hoof Socks

Due to the nature of their use, the knitted fabric can be susceptible to tearing from sharp edges of horseshoes or hoof nails, as well as damage from biting or rubbing against surfaces.

Horseshoes and Hoof Nails:
  • Hooves with Horseshoes: Horseshoes have nails inside that can potentially tear the fabric of the Hoof Socks when they are pulled over the hoof.
  • Bare Hooves: Sharp edges or protruding parts may cause the fabric to tear when they are pulled over the hoof.
Mechanical Damage:
  • Biting: Horses may bite or chew on the Hoof Socks, which can cause damage to the fabric.
  • Rubbing and Striking: The Hoof Socks may be damaged if your horse rubs or strikes its leg against hard surfaces, such as stall walls, fences, or other objects.
Returns and Refunds Policy

Non-Refundable/Non-Replaceable Damages:
  • Mechanical Damage: Any damage caused by horseshoes, hoof nails, biting, rubbing, or striking is not considered a manufacturing defect. Therefore, we do not offer refunds or replacements for products damaged in these ways.
  • User Responsibility: It is the responsibility of the user to take care when putting on and using the Hoof Socks to prevent damage.
Manufacturing Defects:
  • Eligible for Return/Replacement: If the product has a clear manufacturing defect that affects its performance or durability, we will gladly replace the item or issue a refund. Please contact us with details and images of the defect for evaluation.
