How to return an item

If something isn’t quite right, you can return your items within 28 days of receiving your order.

Accepted Returns

  • Returned goods must be in the same condition in which they were received, including all original packaging, which must be intact and suitable for resale.
  • All original tags must be attached
  • Return must be made within 28 days of receipt

Packaging Your Return

Items should be securely packaged for return. Please do not apply tape, labels, or glue directly to the product or its original packaging (such as boot boxes or rug bags), as this can cause damage and may affect your refund. Items MUST be in new condition, clean and dry.

We do not offer a free returns service. The cost of returning a parcel to our UK warehouse must be covered by you.

How to Return your Items

  • Fill out the returns form included in your delivery
  • Find a carrier of your choice to return the parcel. The cost of return shipping is paid by you.
  • Use the original carrier where possible - If you can, return the item using the same courier (e.g. DHL, FedEx, UPS) that delivered it, as they can match it to the original import paperwork.
  • Complete customs forms correctly - On the CN22/CN23 or commercial invoice, clearly state: “UK GOODS RETURNING: DEFECTIVE / UNWANTED”
  • Declare the correct value - Use the original purchase value, and clearly indicate that the item is a return of merchandise
  • Include original tracking details - If possible, add the original import tracking or waybill number to help confirm the item was previously imported.
  • Keep proof of postage - Always retain your receipt and tracking number as proof of return in case of delay or loss.

The Horseware® LED Red Light Therapy Mini Wrap uses advanced LED technology and a combination of different light wavelengths to offer targeted support for various areas, including the skin and deeper tissues. Extremely versatile, it can be used on multiple parts of your horse, including the hooves, pasterns, knees and fetlocks.

With 80 carefully placed LEDs, red and infrared light penetrate the skin and are absorbed by mitochondria - the energy powerhouses of cells. This stimulation enhances cell function, repair and activity which may contribute to overall well-being. The 660nm red light targets the surface, while the 850nm infrared light penetrates deeper to reach soft tissues.​

The Horseware® LED Mini Wrap is extremely convenient to use. It has two programs, one with solid light (Green Program) for constant light, and one with a pulse feature (Blue Program) where the lights are in a 'blinking' mode. Within each of these programs are three settings: Red Light alone, Red Light and Infrared Light together, and Infrared Light alone. An automatic timer turns off the treatment after 15-minutes.

The flexible, sturdy neoprene outer of the LED Therapy Wrap ensures comfort for your horse throughout wear, while the wide elastic velcro strap allows you to achieve the perfect fit.

Important Information:
  • Do not shine LED light directly into the eyes. It can risk hurting/damaging the eye(s).
  • Horseware recommends that you always consult with a medical veterinary professional before beginning any treatment regimen. LED products should NOT be used on open wounds.
  • LED product to be charged for 5 hours before use.
  • Do not leave any LED product uncharged for longer than 6 weeks.
  • Make sure the horse is not wet when using this product. This will reduce the chance of any water getting into the charge ports or LED pixels.
  • Do not use the LED product if it has any kind of visual damage to the product.
