How to return an item

If something isn’t quite right, you can return your items within 28 days of receiving your order.

Accepted Returns

  • Returned goods must be in the same condition in which they were received, including all original packaging, which must be intact and suitable for resale.
  • All original tags must be attached
  • Return must be made within 28 days of receipt

Packaging Your Return

Items should be securely packaged for return. Please do not apply tape, labels, or glue directly to the product or its original packaging (such as boot boxes or rug bags), as this can cause damage and may affect your refund. Items MUST be in new condition, clean and dry.

We do not offer a free returns service. The cost of returning a parcel to our UK warehouse must be covered by you.

How to Return your Items

  • Fill out the returns form included in your delivery
  • Find a carrier of your choice to return the parcel. The cost of return shipping is paid by you.
  • Use the original carrier where possible - If you can, return the item using the same courier (e.g. DHL, FedEx, UPS) that delivered it, as they can match it to the original import paperwork.
  • Complete customs forms correctly - On the CN22/CN23 or commercial invoice, clearly state: “UK GOODS RETURNING: DEFECTIVE / UNWANTED”
  • Declare the correct value - Use the original purchase value, and clearly indicate that the item is a return of merchandise
  • Include original tracking details - If possible, add the original import tracking or waybill number to help confirm the item was previously imported.
  • Keep proof of postage - Always retain your receipt and tracking number as proof of return in case of delay or loss.

Included in box:2 x Coolboots including StreamZ®, 2 x large cold packs, drawstring tack room bag, instructions.

How to use

  • Undo 3 fastening straps and submerge boots fully in cold water
  • Remove from water and shake vigorously (this activates the cooling material)
  • Ensure legs are clean and wrap the Coolboots around any two legs

Usage Guidelines

  • Everyday Cooling: Use for 10-20 minutes after exercise
  • Deep-Tissue Treatment: Use for 10-20 minutes, two or three times a day
  • Maximum Duration: Do not exceed 60 minutes when using for cooling purposes
  • Environment: For stable use only. Do not use while riding or in turnout

Care and Maintenance

  • Cleaning: Wash using cold water and soap only
  • Storage: Store separately from traditional magnetic devices to prevent interference with the StreamZ polarization process
  • Assembly: Each boot contains two pockets holding Streamz bio-resonance strips; these must not be removed

Health and Safety

  • Material Properties: Hypoallergenic, antibacterial, and neoprene-free
  • Heart Conditions: Seek medical advice before use if the horse has a pacemaker or a diagnosed heart condition
  • Cushing's (PPDID): Consult a vet prior to use as new treatments may trigger an immune response
  • Chronic Progressive Lymphedema (CPL): Seek medical advice before use. Cooling should be avoided as it may impede the lymphatic system and worsen the condition
