How to return an item

If something isn’t quite right, you can return your items within 28 days of receiving your order.

Accepted Returns

  • Returned goods must be in the same condition in which they were received, including all original packaging, which must be intact and suitable for resale.
  • All original tags must be attached
  • Return must be made within 28 days of receipt

Packaging Your Return

Items should be securely packaged for return. Please do not apply tape, labels, or glue directly to the product or its original packaging (such as boot boxes or rug bags), as this can cause damage and may affect your refund. Items MUST be in new condition, clean and dry.

We do not offer a free returns service. The cost of returning a parcel to our UK warehouse must be covered by you.

How to Return your Items

  • Fill out the returns form included in your delivery
  • Find a carrier of your choice to return the parcel. The cost of return shipping is paid by you.
  • Use the original carrier where possible - If you can, return the item using the same courier (e.g. DHL, FedEx, UPS) that delivered it, as they can match it to the original import paperwork.
  • Complete customs forms correctly - On the CN22/CN23 or commercial invoice, clearly state: “UK GOODS RETURNING: DEFECTIVE / UNWANTED”
  • Declare the correct value - Use the original purchase value, and clearly indicate that the item is a return of merchandise
  • Include original tracking details - If possible, add the original import tracking or waybill number to help confirm the item was previously imported.
  • Keep proof of postage - Always retain your receipt and tracking number as proof of return in case of delay or loss.

The ARMA OXI-ZONE Tendon Boots offer next-generation protection to your horse's legs while maintaining excellent temperature regulation.

Directional venting of the outer shell and open structure fabrics keep air circulating all around the legs to dissipate heat and reduce moisture levels, and the FlexFit TPU molded strike pad also boasts directional venting for the protected areas. Additionally, Air Motion 3D mesh encourages airflow, and zonal EVA foam buffers impacts to the most vulnerable areas.

A shock absorbing TPG perforated foam inner with waffle weave wicking lining ensures comfort; this is a material that is lighter than neoprene and has low water absorption, remaining protective even when warm.

Extremely functional, the ARMA OXI-Zone Boots have mesh panels over the ventilation panels that prevent penetration of sharp objects and debris. Finish with elastic billet closures and smart ARMA branding, they would be a great choice for any horse rider.
