How to return an item

If something isn’t quite right, you can return your items within 28 days of receiving your order.

Accepted Returns

  • Returned goods must be in the same condition in which they were received, including all original packaging, which must be intact and suitable for resale.
  • All original tags must be attached
  • Return must be made within 28 days of receipt

Packaging Your Return

Items should be securely packaged for return. Please do not apply tape, labels, or glue directly to the product or its original packaging (such as boot boxes or rug bags), as this can cause damage and may affect your refund. Items MUST be in new condition, clean and dry.

We do not offer a free returns service. The cost of returning a parcel to our UK warehouse must be covered by you.

How to Return your Items

  • Fill out the returns form included in your delivery
  • Find a carrier of your choice to return the parcel. The cost of return shipping is paid by you.
  • Use the original carrier where possible - If you can, return the item using the same courier (e.g. DHL, FedEx, UPS) that delivered it, as they can match it to the original import paperwork.
  • Complete customs forms correctly - On the CN22/CN23 or commercial invoice, clearly state: “UK GOODS RETURNING: DEFECTIVE / UNWANTED”
  • Declare the correct value - Use the original purchase value, and clearly indicate that the item is a return of merchandise
  • Include original tracking details - If possible, add the original import tracking or waybill number to help confirm the item was previously imported.
  • Keep proof of postage - Always retain your receipt and tracking number as proof of return in case of delay or loss.

The Equi-Fixt Precision Protection Adhesive Kit is designed to make equine wound care faster, cleaner, and easier. Made from a unique 4-way stretch material, the adhesive tape is designed to cover the gauze pads that you place on a wound or abrasion. Engineered to move naturally with the horse, the tape ensures superior comfort and protection without restricting movement. The advanced adhesive used for this product is water-resistant, hypoallergenic, and free from latex and oxides, making it safe to use against your horse's skin.

Technical Information

Pack Includes:

  • 3 x 95mm square patches with rounded corners
  • 2 x 95mm x 330mm rectangular lengths
  • 5 x individually packed medical-grade gauze pads
How to apply the Equi-Fixt wound tape:
  • Clean and dry the application area
  • Trim/ shave the area around the wound for best adhesion and hygiene
  • Clean the skin with a mild antiseptic and allow it to dry completely
  • When removing the tape from the package, avoid touching the adhesive edge
  • Cut the tape to the length required (rounding the corners will reduce lifting at the edges once applied)
  • Apply one of the gauze pads to the wound. Do not place the adhesive tape directly on an open wound
  • Position the tape over the gauze pad to secure it. Take care not to stretch the skin or tape when applying
  • Press the tape onto the skin and rub firmly with the palm of your hand for 20-30 seconds to activate the adhesive and ensure a secure bond
  • Smooth out any wrinkles or air pockets
  • Check the tape daily to ensure it's secure and the skin underneath looks healthy
  • If the tape becomes soiled/ loose, replace it
  • Remove by peeling off gently at a low angle
  • Always seek veterinary advice for wounds and injuries
  • Store tape in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight.
