With Pre-Order, you can purchase the latest items added to our store in advance of them arriving with us.
Your Pre-Order is prioritized (at no additional charge); meaning that as soon as the product arrives with us, we can wrap it straight back up; ready for collection via Click & Collect or dispatch to you — it often never even hits the stock room shelves!
With Prelaunch, the date when we expect to receive the product ourselves is still a little too hazy to be confident in accepting Preorders.
So, instead, you can submit your email address for the item you are interested in, and we will email you as soon as stock arrives in the system.
Estimated Delivery & Collection Dates are given on Pre-Order and Pre-Launch products. They are for indicative purposes only and can change at any time without notice.
The dates we provide are based on information given by our suppliers. Whenever we get updated information from our suppliers we will endeavor to update the Estimated Delivery & Collection Dates provided on product pages.
Hassle free returns
If something isn’t quite right, you can return your items within 28 days of receiving your order.
Items should be securely packaged for return. Please do not apply tape, labels, or glue directly to the product or its original packaging (such as boot boxes or rug bags), as this can cause damage and may affect your refund. Items MUST be in new condition, clean and dry.
We do not offer a free returns service. The cost of returning a parcel to our UK warehouse must be covered by you.

Manuka Vet Skin and Wound Cream is a specialized product that contains 80% Manuka honey, which is known for its natural antibacterial properties. The honey used in this product has been independently certified to contain a high level of methylglyoxal, which is a compound that is believed to contribute to the healing properties of Manuka honey.
In addition to the honey, the cream contains lanolin and plant oils (citronella and rosemary). The lanolin helps to stabilise the product's temperature, making it easier to apply in both cold and warm conditions. It also makes the cream water repellent, which can be helpful in protecting wounds from moisture.
The plant oils included in the cream have natural insect repellent properties, which can help to prevent insects from coming into contact with the wound. This can be particularly important for animals who may be more susceptible to insect bites or infestations.
This Manuka Vet Skin and Wound Cream is intended to be used on minor wounds either by itself or in conjunction with Manuka Vet Skin and Wound Gel. It is important to note that this product is not recommended for use under a bandage.
